Never going back there, was to be a family vacation, but that hotel nearly put a damper on our first trip to Seattle.
Positives: The bottled water was $2.00 instead of $2.50 like other places.
Negatives: They never had the room

Older hotel that has been updated, however the bathrooms are small and you can hear people in the hallways.
Positives: Free way close.
Negatives: Breakfast.

The first impression was that the grounds were clean and well-kept, and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.
Positives: Clean and friendly with very comfortable beds.
Negatives: Nothing, met all our expectations.

Excellent service as I had a problem of water clogging in the tub ( Slow draining). Called the Front office and was rectified. The mattress were old and felt as if sinking in. with my wife sleeping felt we were in trenches.
Positives: Location and room size and walk out Porch.
Negatives: The Bed was too soft and old.

After reading some terrible reviews I was expecting to be dissatisfied with this hotel. From the time I walked in the lobby to the fast checkout...I was treated with excellent service. The lobby is fresh cozy and inviting. Rooms are slowly being updated and showed some wear however bed was comfy and clean and serviced each day. They use Bath and Body Works toiletries and also offer complimentary travel items upon request great since I forgot my deodorant and toothbrush! Bathroom was a tight squeeze for my 6' husband and shower pressure only average by his report. There was an pod dock am/fm radio alarm which was great! Slider door to courtyard was great for easy access and fresh air. I would request room on ground floor near lobby area...it was separated by a closed glass door for noise reduction. The rooms had courtyard view near restaurant and fitness room as well. We had very easy commute to Bellevue attractions and Seattle ...free parking was another plus. We will stay here again for our Mariners Baseball weekend!
Positives: Clean, comfortable, close commute to Seattle attractions and Bellevue dining shopping and nightlife.
Negatives: Hotel continues updates we asked for king room with courtyard view and new flat screen TV had new granite topped armory with hidden micro/fridge.

Much more time and money put into a nice lobby than into quality rooms. I've had much better rooms and service from a 2 star economy motel. Very overpriced.
Positives: Good location
Negatives: $13.00 for continental breakfast.

Centrally located hotel at a very good price. Rooms are comfortable but fairly small (especially the bathroom) with outdated furniture and TV. Nice toiletries in the bathrooms. AC is operated with a wall unit, making things noisy at night if you need to cool the room (on, off, on, off, etc.). Decent breakfast buffet in the restaurant, staff was friendly.
Positives: Very fast free Internet service.
Negatives: Climate control in the rooms is noisy and unpredictable.

Positives: Very nice Front Desk clerk! Clean children friendly.
Negatives: No breakfast is included in the price of the motel.

Positives: Town car service available to the downtown area. Excellent.
Negatives: This is an older building in Bellevue and could use some remodeling.

Good location with a friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and quiet area.
Positives: Friendly and helpful staff. Location was where it needed to be. Good and free parking.
Negatives: My credit card was charged for a restaurant bill I never had. I was told it will be reversed.

The Pool was outside, and not open. Thought I would be in more of hotel style accommodation... single female traveling alone. I was grateful for the location of my room - through the main lobby and down the hall - not having to go into one of the outer wings. The check in staff was friendly. The room decor was pleasant - the bath robe made my stay. Location gave good access to Bellevue. Free Motel Parking.
Positives: Was pleasantly surprised to find a bathrobe in the closet. Found bed linens nice. Room was clean!
Negatives: I didn't like the motel style layout. Ground floor or second storey walk up. Security for a single female felt uncomfortable.

It was perfectly fine for what we were after. Clean and centrally located to Believe area attractions.
Positives: The room was very clean.
Negatives: My kids were disappointed in how spread out it was.

The Red Lion in Bellevue was situated in the exact location we needed with helpful staff, a great ambiance, and a comfy bed. The room was well appointed and just the right size. We'd stay there again in a flash.
Positives: The beds and a good TV.
Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The room is too old.

Definitely not a 3 star - most super 8s are better, bath tub was clogged although maintenance came to fix it - asked room service for a bottle opener and after 20 minutes they sent a cork screw opener - small<BR/>TV in a closet hard to watch.
Positives: Close to downtown, fast checkin.
Negatives: Bathtub clogged, too much freeway noise, short beds, and unclean.

Recently relocated to Seattle so I spent a week here. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Definitely a step up from discount chains. Staff was friendly. No problems whatsoever.
Positives: Convenient location to Downtown Bellevue. Very safe neighborhood. Felt comfortable walking to downtown.
Negatives: Hotel consists of three buildings, so it takes some time to figure out the layout.

Good accommodations, but access to 2nd and 3rd level by stairs only.
Positives: Good location, and clean nicely furnished rooms.
Negatives: The noise of the freeway at the front of building, balcony need cleaning and bathroom on the small side.

This is a very old property that has not been adequately updated over the years. May have been a level 3 back in the 60's but not today. I had to contact a tech support company to get internet access, which took about an hour. Also, it was very cold during my visit, and the heater did not work.
Positives: The Priceline rate.
Negatives: Liked nothing. Very cold during my trip, and the heater was not working.

Housekeeping was garbage at this location, floors of hallways were dirty and cluttered. We arrived to find bags of garbage, beer cans and pizza boxes lining the halls in the building we were in, which were not picked up for the whole 2 days we were staying there. The stairways had room service dishes on the railings we got two double bed instead of one queen or king not romantic.
Positives: Good access from highway, central in nature.
Negatives: Hallways were gross, trash not picked up in hallway for 2 days.

Best value for spending the night in the Seattle area when attend baseball or football events.
Positives: Quite, easy freeway access.
Negatives: Not enough parking near the room access.

I was very dissapointed to have been told that the beds were queen when in fact they were full. I loved the king sized bed last time I stayed but the full size was VERY dissapointing!
Positives: Quiet, clean, comfortable room
Negatives: The beds were FULL NOT QUEEN!!

Made of up several two-story buildings, this hotel functions much more as a motel than a hotel. Regardless, the hotel room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the A/C unit in the room did not fully distribute its cooling throughout the entire room, and the television was misprogrammed and would always come on with blaring static noise when powered on. Aside from those problems, the hotel was nice for the price paid.
Positives: Clean, comfortable bed
Negatives: A/C and TV performed poorly

It is a nice cozy hotel for the price we paid. They were kind enough to offer us an extra cot for free and free breakfast for all of us for not finding a 2 queen room for us. Hotel is clean, swimming pool is clean with fresh clean towels. Kids had fun swimming every afternoon. Hotel well located near highway and 20 minutes to Seattle downtown.
Positives: Double rooms were not available. They gave us an extra bed for free and free vouchers for breakfast. Staff was friendly.
Negatives: The way to get in and out of the hotel parking lot by car is a bit tricky.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The pleasure was ours. The staff friendly, room spotless and very quiet.
Positives: Great location, wonderful, quiet room, friendly staff.
Negatives: Difficult to turn into from main street.

Nice hotel, old but kept up. My non smoking room smelt like smoke, but the beds were very comfy even though they were doubles instead of queens. Staff and grounds were nice, internet worked great. Limited cable channels but TVs are on a swivel. Overall nice hotel, but not a 3 star in my opinion, more like a 2.5
Positives: Bed was comfy and nice linens.
Negatives: Pool water was too cold, no hot tub, key cards stopped working.
