The Silver Cloud Hotel was very clean with upgraded rooms. The staff were friendly and nice. I like the location of the hotel it was not in a busy area and only 10 minutes drive to Seattle. It was very convenient that our room had a little kitchen area in the room which made it easier if I wanted to wash my hand when my dad was in the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was that our room was facing the freeway and it was a little noisy. If you are going there ask for a room facing away from the freeway other that that it was a great place to stay.

Positives: This Hotel was clean and modern looking, I like the little kitchen area (no stove), it was very convenient.

Negatives: The room was facing the freeway and it was a little noisy.

The facilities were neat and clean and the staff was very friendly. The room itself included a king size bed which was unexpected and while the room was smallish, it was organized nicely and was perfect for a one night getaway.

The room was overall nice but the quality would barely put it in the 3 star range as other travel sites have rated it. I had a problem with the noise from the freeway the first night and called the front desk and he was unable to move us and acted like it was a common complaint and all the rooms further from the freeway were full. I checked the window and the seal was broken letting in the noise and the next morning we woke up to the room being filled with cigarette fumes from someone smoking below.

Positives: I was only there two nights and was back home.

Negatives: Bed uncomfortable, noise from freeway, unhelpful staff.

Very clean and nice for the price paid. Restaurant on site did the job when you are exhausted after a long day at 930pm. I didn't like that there wasn't anything else around that didn't involve taking 2 highways and being stuck in traffic but that could just be the way Believe is. Close to Seattle for much cheaper. Nice cozy rooms but lack of tv channels or guide. In the end , was better than I expected and lives up to it's reviews.

Positives: Close to Seattle.

Negatives: No food around that didn't involve taking 2 highways.

I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Perfect location for shopping. Free covered parking.

Negatives: Only instant oatmeal at the breakfast buffet.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The room smelled horrible, and the proximity to the freeway kept me from getting a wink of sleep.

The hotel is located just off of I90 which makes for a great commute to and from Seattle. The staff was friendly and the rooms were fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the bathroom was very clean and modern which is always comforting when traveling. I would recommend this for a 1-3 night stay as long as you are not planning a really romantic getaway. Great Place to stay.
