St. John, the smallest of the three main Virgin Islands, is 75% National Park and is known throughout the Caribbean as being peaceful and beautiful, away from it all. We have the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world, great for snorkeling, swimming and romantic walks along the shore. Our mountainous island is only nine miles long but has many restaurants and shops as well as fun and exciting things to do.

We offer a large selection of retreat cottages, private homes and mansions on the beach for your vacation of a lifetime. We will assist you in planning the island vacation you have always wanted. Our villas are located primarily on St. John,
US Virgin Islands and provide a beautiful environment varying from simple to elegant.
Most of our villas are located on the south shore of the island, just a few minutes away from the National Park on the north shore. We also have a handful of villas within the National Park and very close to the white sandy beaches.

A day swimming in St. John's warm turquoise waters and relaxing on the soft sandy beaches is just heaven... and then to return to a breezy mountain top villa with spectacular vistas is so refreshing! You relax while we handle all the details!
