Horrible lines for breakfast, food was so-so, no room service at lunch, old hotel, muggy smell, air conditioning made lots of noise.
Positives: Good location and management happy hour.
Negatives: Breakfast lines, no room service for lunch.

The price was perfect - I felt I got a real deal. The breakfast brunch was fantastic. I was so impressed by the staff. When I asked for assistance, they went out of their way to assist me.
Positives: Convenient location, staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
Negatives: A safe in the room would have been perfect. I missed my DVR.

Overall, this is a typical Embassy Suites. They offer a full breakfast, including made to order omelette's, pancakes, French toast, eggs, meat, fruit, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, sweet rolls, bagels, etc. The hotel is driving distance to historic Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. The rooms are larger than most Embassy Suites I have stayed in D.C., San Diego, Los Angeles, etc. There were 5 of us in this suite 3 kids and 2 adults, but only 4 towels. The staff was quick to respond to requests for extra towels and blankets, though. I was concerned however, by a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Fingerprints and smudges from previous guests on the stainless steel tissue dispenser. It shouldn't be too difficult to clean stainless steel. Behind the toilet it was dusty.
Positives: Full breakfast included, quick response to requests for towels/blankets and free parking.
Negatives: Stain and fingerprints from previous guests in bathroom.

I was concerned however, by a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. There was what appeared to be a blood drip from a previous guest on the bathroom floor and fingerprints and smudges from previous guests on the stainless steel tissue dispenser. The blood drip concerned me. It shouldn't be too difficult to clean stainless steel. Behind the toilet it was dusty.
Positives: ample, FREE parking, free full breakfast, friendly staff - quick to respond
Negatives: Previous guests' blood and fingerprints in bathroom.

Suggest hanging colorful tapestries or murals in the main atrium including plant boxes around the atrium's surrounding hallways for better eye appeal and for a less "institutional" look when looking up from the lobby area. Otherwise we really enjoyed the hotel and our stay.
Positives: Facilities were very comfortable and clean & staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.
Negatives: Main atrium ceiling and surrounding hallway overlooks could use better decoration for better eye appeal. Current look is somewhat "institutional".

The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, great location. The only problem was that the room was too small for 4 people. It was very uncomfortable with all the luggage, we couldn't move.
Positives: Excellent housekeeping.
Negatives: The bathroom was at the entrance and not in the master bedroom area.

A great place to stay.
Positives: All I can say is it was just the best stay I ever had.
Negatives: Small bedroom.

The hotel was very convenient to the outlets and restaurants. Room was decorated nicely, very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was nice. The refrigerator was not cooling and made a loud noise (of course starting as soon as I hit the bed). I could not figure out how to unplug it since it was built into a counter. Luckily, I was able to close the bedroom door which eliminated the noise.
Positives: Food was great and the room was clean.
Negatives: The refrigerator did not work and made a loud noise all night long and I could not figure out how to unplug it. The AC did not work well.

The suite was great. Kids could do their thing and my husband and I could watch what we wanted or just get some down time in our room. Since it was so hot while we were there, I wished, their was an outdoor pool. The staff was great and the hot breakfast was a great way to start the day off. It was conveniently located to all the major attractions, especially Colonial Williamsburg. We had a great experience and would do it again!
Positives: The breakfast was great!
Negatives: Between 8:30 - 10:00 they could use more help in the dining area to keep the flow of things going.

Overall the stay was great. the chefs was great.( just too many kids) Some people like to have a quite breakfast in the morning and I have one child. But we enjoy ourselves. And we will tell our family and friends.
Positives: When ever there was a problem, it was resolved in 10 minutes. The staff was so friendly.
Negatives: Breakfast dining area, just to many kids. It should be separated.
