Accommodations are in the restored outbuildings with their beamed ceilings, and squeaking floors and all with cozy working fireplaces ... or in the manor house with antique furnishings and quilts and a private verandah overlooking the countryside.

Thirteen rooms and suites with fireplaces and private baths with all-inclusive Modified American Plan Package rates from $295 to $495 includes wine and snacks on arrival, pre-dinner wine reception, candlelight dinners, breakfast-in-bed, and all staff gratuities (additional wine with dinner and VA sales tax not included). Substantial discounts on weekdays. Two day stays usually required on weekends.

Standard rooms with showers are $295 to $375, Comfort rooms with tub/showers from $395 to $420, Superior rooms and cottages with Jacuzzis from $440 to $465, and Cottage Suites with Jacuzzis at $495 per couple. B&B rates from $195 to $395 per couple.
