Short hotel, provided shuttle to and from Metro into DC, Arlington Cemetery, Pentagon City and Reagan National Airport. Polite and helpful staff. Rooms clean, nice extra touches such as bags of snacks, terry robes, bathroom and shower supplies, good security. Will return when in Washington area. Good value.

Positives: Nice, clean room. Amenities nicer than expected. Nice extra touches (snacks, robes, etc.)

Negatives: A bit of a hike into DC, but worth it.

My dog was staying at my daughter's house, which was nearby. When they learned I had a pet, they required me to sign pre-authorization of a rate change to $400 per day if the dog was brought into the hotel. The dog never went into the hotel but I was then in the position of having to prove my dog did not go into the hotel if, indeed, they charged me the higher amount. Go elsewhere!

This hotel is conveniently located near the Metro station for trips into the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Negatives: One of the 2 elevators was out of service for most of my stay.

Our room had bugs in it, and though located conveniently, we left feeling that we had never stayed in a dirtier and least comfortable hotel. The price was ridiculous given the experience. We stayed at cheaper hotels on our travels that were by far much better. We will never stay at a Travelodge again, despite the fact that they are independently owned.

I was pleasantly surprised. Very neat and clean. I did not use the pool but the pool area was also very nice.

Positives: Housekeeping did a great job. Our room was very clean.

Negatives: Breakfast was the same every day. Need to mix it up a little.

Overall it was a very nice experience given the price, the hotel was located right off the highway and was easy to find. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Good cable including HBO etc. Excellent hot breakfast.

Positives: Very good breakfast, close to highway and easy to find, it was nice to have a shuttle to get to subway and local shopping.

Negatives: Noisy air conditioner.

I thought this hotel was great for the price offered through Priceline. The staff were very professional and helpful. We had a microwave and fridge in the room which saved on spending for each meal, leftover aren't a bad thing.

Positives: I really liked the continental breakfast, and that hotel was close the highway.

Negatives: I didn't like that there wasn't a rest/snackbar at this location.

The hotel was OK for my needs, but I did not like the bathroom (too small) and there was a strong odor, I believe to cover unpleasant smells.

The hotel is a Nice place. My only problem was the quality and cleanliness of their towels. They should be white, but they looked creamy, and smell dingy. The breakfast had was very limited options.

Positives: The staff I encountered were very friendly.

Negatives: Towels are old, have changed color from white to cream, and are smelly.

The rooms were comfortable with bathroom extras (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer). Gourmet jelly beans were provided for the room with 2 bottles of water. The continental breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, coffees, tea, juices (orange, apple & cranberry.) You could make your own waffles. Fresh cut fruit, bagels and cream cheese, and different muffins/cakes were also provided.

Positives: Jackie at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: The key card could only be used once before if lost its coding.

Having to swipe your room key just to get into the hotel and then again to get to your floor and then again to get into your room is a little burdensome. I'd rather just have to swipe once to get into my room especially when carrying armloads of luggage.

Needless to say, the beds were too small for two people per bed. Although I truly appreciated the free upgrade to the hot breakfast due to being a government employee, the area where the breakfast was entirely too small for people (the room was a converted bedroom); there were only about three small tables in it.

Overall the stay was what I expected - no problem. The complimentary breakfast was more than I thought it would be - scrambled eggs and waffle making. More than the usual Danish and juice. Very nice!

Was nice the beds were to soft. Breakfast was good. Did not like that one of there maintenance people knocked on the door before our wake up call but the front desk said that they would deal with the person that did this. But the front desk was helpful in finding it.

Positives: The front desk staff was friendly, There was not a issue with parking.

Negatives: One of the staff knocked on the door before 9:00 AM.
