Overall, this hotel was clean, comfortable, and safe and met my minimum requirements for a place to stay. I would stay here again.
Positives: It met the minimum requirements for my stay.
Negatives: Poor maintenance and unfinished repairs.

The hotel was really great, it was very clean and had a little more than we expected. Needed a few more luggage carts but a minor thing. We will choose here again when come for Kings Fest.
Positives: The rooms were clean and the area was very convenient to access roads.
Negatives: The ice machine was on one floor.

I was very disappointed in our last stay; we have booked this hotel for the past several trips we have made to Ohio. We were always very pleased until this last trip. We counted on the consistency of friendly staff, clean environment, and other little things that always made us stay. After this last trip, sad to say we will most likely select another hotel on our next trip to Ohio which is usually twice a year.
Positives: The indoor pool.
Negatives: Bathroom smelled like urine, excessive dust in room, featured wireless option was down, elevator was dirty, some staff gave us could care less attitude.

The room size was comfortable for a short stay. However, we returned after our visit to the them park to find no fresh towels and garbage can was not emptied in our room. We had called the front desk to request these items before our departure and were assured that this would be taken care of. In addition, the community has three truck stops that bring in numerous tractor trailers, making for a very noisy hotel location, not to mention extraordinarily high traffic.
Positives: The room size was excellent.
Negatives: The location was right off the freeway. Lots of tractor trailer traffic.
