I booked my hotel online and confirmed by phone 2 double beds. Upon check-in found that we had 1 king and no double beds were available. Received a cot and $50 breakfast credit. Breakfast was nice but service was poor due to dining room being extremely understaffed (unacceptable in a high end hotel). Overall, good but much room for improvement.
Positives: Overall facilities were upscale and clean.
Negatives: Very understaffed for breakfast in the dining room given the amount charged for food and service.
