Pool was big disappointment and hot tub didn't work. Would've stayed somewhere much nicer if we had known the pool was so bad. Best thing is the staff: front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff all 4-star! Pool staff inattentive and uninterested. Hotel has great location but needs renovated badly.
Positives: 4-star staff in a 1-star hotel. Convenient to restaurants & shopping.
Negatives: Pool was horrible - cold, dirty, dark. Room was small and needed updating.

I am not likely to stay at this hotel again. The air didn't work and no one was available to fix it. Unless you are a best western member the very cheaply made breakfast costs you $10.45.not inclined to stay again.
Positives: It was in a convenient location.
Negatives: Restaurant was of very poor quality, no free continental breakfast, and no maintenance or room service at night.

This was a clean, well-located, well run hotel that I would definitely reccommend to anyone staying in the Tysons Corner area.
