A B&B at Llewellyn Lodge is a bed & breakfast located in Lexington.

All of our warm,cozy and comfortable rooms are all individually decorated and have seen many repeat visitors over the years. All of the 3 Diamond rooms have private baths, unlimited high speed internet and A/C. Several have cable TVs. Visitors over the years have included Newt Gingrich, Jimmy Dean, writer Tom Wolfe, and Miss Manners, Judith Martin. Fishing guests have included U.S. Senator John Warner and Boston Celtic Hall of Farmer John Havlicek.

All beds have high quality and extremely comfortable Kingstown bedding. Both foam and feather pillows are provided.

All rooms have thick exterior walls and thickly insulated windows, guests are always amazed at how quiet the interior of the Lodge is. Excellent lighting is provided for bedtime reading as well as alarm clocks. A separate guest computer with high speed DSL is also available free of charge. Special notebooks detail area activities, outstanding scenic drives and much more are always at your bedside. Golf and tennis privileges are available at the local Lexington Golf and Country, 3 minutes away. Club.

Room 1: This comfortable Room has a Shaker Pencil Post Queen Bed with our signature Kingsdown mattress, guaranteed to give you a pleasant night’s sleep. A reading chair and 2 reading lamps bedside make for great reading or internet exploring. The new private large Bath has Tub/shower, hair dryer, fluffy Egyptian towels. Wi-Fi.

Room 2: This smaller cozy room has lots of wicker & ivy. The Queen bed has ivy backing and the Kingstown extra plush mattress will insure you get a comfortable nights rest after a day of exploring. Private bath with stall shower, fluffy Egyptian towels, hair dryer. Small reading chair. Wi-Fi.

Room 3: A very cozy room, the Cherry Panel Queen bed with comfy Kingsdown mattress is a pure delight to spend a night or a week on. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Reading chair. Private bath has large stall shower, fluffy Egyptian towels, hair dryer.

Room 4: A guest favorite for over 23 years with Cherry King bed and Kingstown mattress is extremely comfortable. Chose one of 2 reading chairs to enjoy a bestseller or treat yourself to High Definition 1080p big screen television-Cable/DVD player.. Well stocked fridge and large private bath with tub/shower, fluffy Egyptian towels, hair dryer. Great space for long term stay. Wi-Fi.

Room 5: Families and singles wanting to share a room find this the perfect room for their stay in Lexington. The two comfort laden Double Kingstown beds bring many repeat visitors. Location details / directions

The charm of Historic Lexington comes from several different contributing factors. Most visitors are amazed at the well preserved state of this historic town. The two colleges here, Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute, with beautiful adjoining campuses, add to the visual and cultural appeal.

There are many historical ties with Civil War study most interesting. Gen. "Stonewall" Jackson taught at VMI until the war and General Robert E. Lee came back to Lexington after the War to become President of what is now Washington & Lee University. There are plenty of historical sites, museums, libraries, and the Lexington Visitor Center is the best around.

Lexington is small-town America at its best and you will find its people very friendly.
