I would definitely stay in this hotel again and also tell friends about it. Very clean, comfy and an excellent price for the facility.

Positives: The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Decor was fresh and bright.

Negatives: It was a bit hard to find the driveway entrance to this hotel. Not well marked and out of the way.

The hotel was very clean the staff was great and also the location was perfect you are within walking distance of 4 restaurants and minutes away from anything else!

The hotel is being remodeled but the accommodations were still very nice. If in the area we will stay there again.

I enjoyed the hotel and its amentias. I would stay at the hotel again.

Positives: Even though renovations was going on it was very clean and the location was great for restaurants and nearby sight seeing.

Negatives: Each hotel room need a refrigerator and microwave.

When the construction is complete this hotel will be even more wonderful. I would recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is unlike any other Marriott that I have been to. Even for a Fairfield. I was surprised by the cracks in the doors, chipped paint, musty smells, uncomfortable beds, and overall old appearance. This hotel would be great with some renovations.

Positives: Free breakfast.

Negatives: The furniture and rooms were all old and needed to be replaced.

The hotel is in the process of getting new flooring, and is overall pleasant. They provide a complementary continental breakfast.

Positives: The receptionist was very helpful. The room was pleasant.

Negatives: A covered driveway would have been helpful since it was raining.

Conveniently located just off exit 126A of Rt 95. Excellent location for north-south travelers on 95. Hotel is within walking distance of about 5 or 6 restaurants and within one mile of about another 20-30 restaurants. Clean room with wireless internet service, facilities. Good, quick complementary breakfast. Excellent value.

Positives: Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location. Quick and easy check-in.

Negatives: Small bathroom facilities.

Outstanding stay! Where in the world can you get to stay at a Fairfield Inn my Marriott for such an inexpensive rate? Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, amenities were superb, and room and public areas were immaculate. Breakfast was outstanding!

Positives: I loved the comfort of the room, and the location of the pool.

Negatives: None.

I would not recommend this hotel in its' present condition. Perhaps once renovations are finished it will be more enjoyable. Rooms were not fresh smelling. Hallways dusty and unsightly.

Positives: The continental breakfast was well presented. Food fresh, staff was nice.

Negatives: Hotel under construction and very dusty. Plastic runners on floor dirty. Bad smell.

Don't like the shower. Water goes all over the floor and you have to bend to get under the shower head.

Very clean room and common areas, great service from a very friendly staff. Restaurants nearby, however for late night there is only one vending machine in entire hotel. Otherwise excellent facility for the price with a very convenient location.

Positives: Very clean and fresh, staff friendly and helpful.

Negatives: No food service and only one vending machine in hotel.
