Room was outdated, very hot (even with A/C on high), carpets were filthy, hallway smelled badly. Overall a very place dirty. Went to a Hampton Inn for $20 more; which included breakfast. This hotel should be raised and rebuilt. If they paid me to stay there I wouldn't!
Positives: It looked great in the rear view mirror of my car.
Negatives: Outdated, dirty, over priced.

The rooms are old and out dated, the carpet was dirty, the room smelled, access internet nonexistent so I couldn't go on line and book another room somewhere else.
Positives: I can't say anything good about the hotel. It was out dated and unset.
Negatives: No internet in the hotel the carpet was dirty; the room smelled it was not a place I will ever visit again.

This hotel is in an ideal location, off the interstate, and across the street from an upscale mall. This hotel also looks like it may be in the process of an overhaul. The rooms were clean, and it looks like this hotel is on the way, but to be a 2 star, I feel they need to address the breezeways, parking lot, and also they stored broken machinery behind the hotel, which gave it a sort of a trashy look. It was just a little rough around the edges.
Positives: Rooms were clean.
Negatives: Public areas, breezeways, stairs dirty.

Hotel's amenities were comparable to a Motel 6 (1 star) at best. Location and cleanliness were as expected for young children.
Positives: The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Negatives: Hotel's amenities were comparable to a Motel 6 (1 star).

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

It was located in an older section of town with a confusing entrance to the motel. The internet was slow and unusable. Although the outside of the motel was well lit I was concerned about the security and safety because of its location. In my opinion it would be rated less than a one star. I believe that I am being reasonable in this rating. I would not stay in this motel again.
Positives: Remodeled bathroom was good.
Negatives: Room had a musty odor upon entering.

This hotel was not a quality hotel. There were no extra pillows, the rooms were definitely old. I made 4 selections in the soda machine and they were all empty. Then I couldn't get my money back. There was a new alarm clock in the room; however the outlet next to the bed didn't work. You could not turn the light on next to the bed. All the lights were on one switch, located next to the door. The TV made an annoying crackling sound when there was a word with "S" in it. Very poor quality. I will not stay at any Ramada.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: They had no extra pillows.

The room like in the 1970, smell like mildew and the TV broken, so we had to move to another room. The noise at night outside the room was loud and disturbing, roomservice do not replenish the coffee, an open coffee filter was left in the room from previous tenant. I would not stay in this hotel again.
Positives: Nothing. I like about this hotel
Negatives: For the price I paid, I expect a better quality.

It's ok for business travel. There were many people "hanging" around at night outside of the rooms. They were noisy and inconsiderate of others.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Needs to be renovated.

First of all, all of the people were great. Staff was very helpful. However, first room I was assigned had chain broken off the door, no pressure on bath water at all, and shower turned suddenly cold, room keys had to be reactivated in office every day, ice makers were empty, no elevator to top floor, just not up to level I usually get from Ramada Inn.
Positives: Staff was great always glad to trouble shoot things that went wrong.
Negatives: Facilities were honestly falling apart in many areas, getting old and needs repair.
