Location is next to a truck stop so the side we were on was a bit noisy. Having a room that has been smoking at one time and is cleaned up for non-smoking people do not always work. We still get the residual smell of the smoke in our clothes and stuff.

Positives: Availability for dates needed.

Negatives: Handicapped room is smoking/non-smoking and we need non-smoking room.
