This hotel is not made for anyone staying longer then three days. The top floor has a problem with the hot water, (it takes about ten minutes for the water to get hot). The housekeeping service is terrible. Most time they do not have your room completed until 5 pm. One day I arrived after a full day away and there were no towels or wash cloths. I called and asked and they said they would take care of it but about 30 minutes later they called and asked if anyone had arrived yet. When I told them no they asked how many towels I needed. When they did show up they person working the front desk delivered the pile of tools and said they were sorry it was so late. I had to stay in this are for a long period and decided I had enough of this service in a three star hotel.

Negatives: Poor housekeeping.

Great! Well kept and managed. Everyone should take a break and visit this hotel.
Positives: Beautifully comforting, well maintained and Sanitary. Friendly and respect. Welcoming to the eye.
Negatives: Paying for the complimentary breakfast, many others hotels complimentary breakfast are free. (Even the buffet style breakfast.)

The 2 cockroaches were found in the room, shown to the desk receptionist who did not take action in any way.
Positives: The restaurant staff was very good.
Negatives: 2 cockroaches in our room.

Very nice and pleasant great bathroom shampoo etc.
Positives: The bed was great along with the bedding.

For a quiet clean room with a comfortable bed in a convenient location it met our needs.
