This is a perfect hotel in Chester area. It is close to shopping center and route 95. Room is clean with beautiful decoration. Heated pool is in the basement and the size is perfect for young children. I would definitely stay again. Some housekeeping staff are not very nice.
Positives: New upgraded hotel. Very nice decoration. The pool is excellent. I really like their complimentary Internet access. One of the best hotel.

Getting to the hotel from the Richmond airport was a breeze. My room was nice, spacious, very clean. One front desk associate was super helpful, another acted as though my questions were slightly inconveniencing her. But overall I was very impressed with the hotel and would not hesitate to visit this hotel again! Nice work!
Positives: The decor of the rooms. Courtyard Marriotts are always my preference!

I stay here a lot. Usually when I walk in the guy behind the counter seems to recognize me and give a room on the top floor in the back (way from the road). This time I didn't bother asking, but for some reason he gave me a room on the 3rd floor on the road side. When I asked for a room on the top floor back, he reset the card w/o saying anything. When I looked at the number on the card it was on the 4th floor. Still pretty quiet but it<BR/>passed me off that he didn't say anything.

Very nice & clean. the Staff is cheerful and helpful. The location is very convenient to stores & restaurants. Breakfast buffet is very nice.

Great hotel, clean, re done in the past year. Pretty, flat screen TV in room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The one thing I didn't like was room service is only available on week days. That didn't do us weekend stayers any good.
Positives: The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.
Negatives: The air conditioner was not working as well as we wanted. Room service was not on weekends.

Get a slight impression of being second class citizens when checking in or using services. They tried to give us a room beside the elevators which would probably be the last rooms used by guests. The guy at the desk wasn't very forthcoming with information on how to use the internet connection in the room - took two calls for him to volunteer what it took to use the system.
Positives: Shower, new TV, additional TV channels, bed.
Negatives: No microwave.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean and has great eye appeal. My cousin and I were so impressed that we will definitely stay at the Courtyard Marriott again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff seemed to be friendly and willing to help you with anything. I would stay there again if I go back to Richmond, VA.
Positives: I like the flat screen TV in the room. I also liked how the rooms were decorated.
Negatives: I did not like that the hotel is all non smoking and not all the rooms have patios.

The Courtyard Marriott was a very pleasant stay. The room was just recently remodeled, and very pleasant to stay in. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat. We would stay here anytime.

My hotel experience was overall excellent. The renovations were really nice. The pool and spa were great! Small but perfect for a weekend. I would surely stay again.
