The hotel was decent this is my second time staying here trust it wasn't by choice, I bid and this is what I got, nice area away from main noisy crowded area, but close to everything, food, hotels, & shopping. When my girls and I got dress for night with our partners front desk ladies had to many mood swings instead of truly being friendly, my family & I travel a lot & hotel overall was not bad but when a person rather look for housekeeping or any work than the front desk there is a problem, hopefully there boss will get a hit to work on something.

The hotel was nice, clean, and welcoming. If there is anyway you can give kudos to the young lady that assisted me please do. She was very friendly and warm with her greetings. When I go there again I'll ask if she got that kudos so please pass that on to her and her manager. Like to see more of that. Wish I could tipped her.

Easy check in, great location close to food, mall and activities. Excellent breakfast served every morning. Room quality is great.

The location was perfect for our needs and was easy to reach from the interstate without noise.

It was a fairly nice hotel, good for what I paid, and I can't complain cause it was Memorial Day weekend and I booked 5 days in advance. Staff didn't ever tell parents to control obnoxious little kids running around and making scenes. Rooms were nice, bed was soft. The TV was very static.

Positives: Beds were nice and soft. Internet.

Negatives: Too many kids running around, staff didn't tell parents to control them.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. It's right next to the I-64, so it's a bit noisy, but not too bad. The free Internet and business is really great. The breakfast lacks variety, but it's acceptable.

Positives: The free Internet and the business center was very handy.

Negatives: The complimentary breakfast lacked variety and was bit over run.

Received a smoking room without them asking preference, but was glad to get it because we arrived 2 hours before check in and they went ahead and gave us a room. we needed to shower and get to a function and we were thrilled they allowed to stay on our schedule.

Great value. Clean. Nest to a great shopping mall. Breakfast couldn't be better. Don't get a room on the noisy highway side of the hotel.

The hotel was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was really decent. My only complaint was the old moldy scent of the carpet in the room which otherwise, was fine.

The hotel staff and other guest were very friendly. We went down for the beach but spent more time hanging out with guest at the pool. Even though it's further from the beach the location was great for entertainment. Malls, movie theaters and resturants were just across the street.

All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. The room was immaculately clean, and the staff was VERY personable. As for the continental breakfast, I have never seen one like it, including pancake batter to make your own pancakes, waffles and the typical breakfast items.

Definitely worth the money. Good people. Good Breakfast. Quite place. Located next to the Mall and several fast food places.
