Although this hotel is right under the flight pattern from the nearby airport we were never bothered by the flybys. Employees were nice, room was clean and well appointed and the concierge was extremely helpful.
Positives: Clean, modern, convienient to DC.
Negatives: Nothing

A beautiful hotel with a very nice pool and easy access to metro and taxi's. I even left something in my room and when I returned home and called to retrieve it, the lost and found had it in their possession and shipped it fed ex the next day. Excellent customer service at this Marriott!!
Positives: Magnificent! The staff is wonderful and the pool was clean and guarded. The metro is within walking distance and the hotel is beautiful.
Negatives: The restaurant food was mediocre.

A nice moderate hotel in an excellent location, but does not have the standards of an upscale hotel.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Aging facility, especially bathrooms --- too high a price for parking, especially with no elevator to the 2nd floor.

This is a great tourist hotel near Georgetown, the metro, the tourist buses. It has a lovely pool and a really terrific health club. This is a good deal for visitors to Washington.
Positives: Fabulous location right across key bridge from Georgetown.
Negatives: No free wifi internet in the room.

Hotel is okay for a business traveler. Place to rest you head, but, the pillows are a little small. Take the metro, otherwise, $17 to park your car.
Positives: Within a 5 minute walk of the metro.
Negatives: No big Marriott sign visible from metro made me walk about for an additional 5 minutes.

Convenient to DC, Georgetown, Arlington sites, this hotel will meet any travelers' needs--business or leisure. The staff is superb and committed to making your stay delightful and the amenities are fine. The lobby is a hub in which there is always some activity, whether surfing the internet in a quiet corner or just people watching. If you're coming to the Washington, DC area, this is a perfect place and an incredible bargain through Priceline.
Positives: I thought the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The AC rocked as well. Good accessibility features for a disabled traveler.
Negatives: Front lobby was far from room. My disabled spouse did not have his wheelchair at first and they had nothing available to get him to the room.

Big convenient convention type hotel. Great location near Ronald Reagan Airport and Georgetown.
Positives: Loved being able to walk across the bridge into Georgetown. No need for a taxi.
Negatives: Could never find the concierge.

The hotel is beautifully appointed - the room was big and nicely furnished. The drawback is its location (street-wise was difficult to find without a GPS or google map) both in terms of driving and finding nearby restaurants without walking a long distance.
Positives: The room was great! It overlooked the river and the general scenery was nice.
Negatives: It seemed like forever to get to the room - four towers and mine was furthest back.

Excellent accommodations and very friendly staff. The health club was excellent also.
Positives: Comfort of the room was excellent.
Negatives: Parking situation was not explained very well at check in.

Very nice hotel, good location, comfy beds, good food and nice staff. This is a well kelp older hotel with updated. Indoor pool, busy bar for locals as well as guests, just across bridge from Georgetown and Downtown DC.
Positives: Comfortable beds, room service menu price OK, staff very nice and
Negatives: Charge for Internet, parking and not roomy enough for a wheelchair.

Great location with a wonderful view of the river and city. Parking was charged at the hotel but there is cheaper parking around Rosslyn. I would definitely stay here again.
Positives: The view of the city.
Negatives: Lobby was always crowded.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 10 Nov 2010 rated 10 out of 10.
Parking was great - no fee - unusual for DC. Lobby was pleasant. There is a $12 fee for use of Internet in room. Lobby has wireless. Access is easy and convenient to GW Pkwy. There are plenty of elevators so there is minimal wait. We were disappointed the restaurant at the top had closed.
Positives: The view was 5-star and within walking distance, for us to Georgetown.
Negatives: While living in DC area, I cringed over having to do the Rosslyn escalator.

Rooms were shabby and dirty. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.
Positives: Great location across the river from Georgetown.
Negatives: Rooms were not up to Marriott standards, no WiFi in rooms.

Concierge was wonderful, she helped us with some restaurant choices. Lobby had flavored water in it for the afternoon, wonderful after a hot day in DC.
Positives: Female concierge was wonderful on suggesting restaurants in Georgetown.
Negatives: Key card did not work for the parking lot, had to back car up and go back to lobby .
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 31 Aug 2010 rated 7 out of 10.
Rosslyn neighborhood seems very quiet and safe. Georgetown shuttle from hotel door is very convenient. Fantastic DC Metro is well within walking distance. Lifeguards were impolite; seemed to be inattentive surfing on smart phones while purportedly on duty.
Positives: Across Key bridge from Georgetown .
Negatives: Looks a little bit dated compared to other similar hotels in the area.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 30 Aug 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
Very lovely hotel, staff was very accommodating giving us a king size bed and a view at our request. Comfortable room and lobby. Food was very good and fresh.
Positives: It had all the amenities, clean and friendly service.
Negatives: I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking and for wireless in our room.

Excellent service, staff tried to accommodate all requests cheerfully. The lobby, pool, and fitness rooms were clean and modern. Rooms were spacious with all amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable. We lucked out with this hotel.

Decent hotel but had to pay for all the extras such as parking, which is insane to me.

Negatives: Paying for daily parking.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It has been updated and was very attractive. The staff was friendly and professional. Our children loved the combination indoor/outdoor pool.
Positives: The hotel was clean and comfortable with a terrific pool.
Negatives: Bed was too soft and Internet and parking should be free.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 12 Aug 2010 rated 10 out of 10.
This hotel was great for our needs. It had courteous staff, thorough housekeepers (always came back to a clean room and extra towels), and extra comfy beds. The decor was fine, despite what other reviews stated, besides who spends there entire vacation/business travel in their hotel room? There are fridges in the bottom of the armoire (tucked away) so that they are not an eyesore in the room and are just big enough to put some water bottles, snacks, and milk in. pool, whirlpool, and fitness room were also great. But by far the best part of this hotel was the location. Georgetown is my favorite place in all of DC and this hotel is a quick 5 min walk across the Key Bridge to Georgetown. It is also only 2 blocks from the Rosslyn metro, has taxis waiting at the front door if you need them, and has a small commuter bus that will take you into Georgetown for only a $1 each way if you don't want to walk. Everything you could want in a hotel, two thumbs up!
Positives: Great location to Georgetown, courteous staff, comfy beds!
Negatives: $17 dollar a day parking, however can come and go as you please. Other hotels charge you every time you leave.

I would definitely stay at the Key Bridge Marriott again. The location is safe and convenient, and the view from our room was fantastic. Me, my husband, and our young daughter (7 years) had no issue with the easy walk to the Rosslyn Metro. The staff was helpful and polite, and the parking garage behind the hotel was more than adequate. While they do not offer a free breakfast, there is a small retail store on the main floor that serves Starbucks, and has other breakfast items for purchase. Much cheaper than room service.
Positives: Great views, close to metro, helpful staff.
Negatives: The main restaurant was pricey and the service was horrible.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 31 Jul 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
The restaurant prices were very high in relation to the quality of the food.
Positives: Close to the DC monuments.
Negatives: Charged 17.00 for parking as a "hidden cost". I never paid to park at a hotel where I was staying!
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 31 Jul 2010 rated 8 out of 10.
A standard first floor room with a outside access door to a patio and the pool. No other restaurants around to walk to, so ate in Hotel and it was very expensive.
Positives: A bus came by hotel and for a price took us to Metro.
Negatives: Rooms nice, but no suites.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 05 Jun 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
The lobby was nice. The parking garage was behind the hotel and had no elevator. The decor was outdated in the halls and rooms. The location made the difference.
Positives: The location. Close to the river and Washington DC.
Negatives: Outdated decor.

The hotel was apparently full. The front desk promised to send a cot never sent it and never followed up as to why.
Positives: The cleanliness of the lobby.
Negatives: The front desk did not extend it self and follow through.

Easy access to interstate, clean, nice size rooms, more for business than leisure, no affordable breakfast, did have Starbucks coffee available.

The location of the hotel is very confusing when coming off of I-66. The rooms were nice, but the furniture was outdated. The lobby was nice. Parking was expensive and the hotel food was very expensive. Rooms did not have microwaves or refrigerators.
Positives: Friendliness of the staff.
Negatives: The high cost of parking and restaurant food.

Negatives: Breakfast was not included in the hotel package.

Very professional staff - extremely courteous and helpful. I arrived after walking from the subway to the hotel, trudging over several snow banks, and not in a very good mood. However inappropriately, I was fairly snippy with the check-in agent. In turn, he was completely helpful, courteous, and professional. No easy task after a full day, I'm sure but definitely appreciated.
Positives: Close by to DC-Georgetown without actually being in DC.
Negatives: Not on the mass transit lines (but not far from the subway).
Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 21 Feb 2010 rated 8 out of 10.
Pool and work out area were easy to access and the staff was friendly. There were a lot of students visiting for field trips, so if you don't like big groups you may want to check out who is conferencing when you go.
Positives: Clean hotel and friendly staff.
Negatives: Expensive food!

Overall, the Marriott was a pretty good hotel. It was definitely worth the price.
I wish the rooms were more updated, but the bed and the staff was great.
Positives: Decent price.
Negatives: Old rooms need updating.

Hotel met expectations, I loved the location near the Metro station as well as its location by the Potomac and the running/biking trail.
Positives: As a runner I loved the fact it was by a running trial by the Potomac River.
Negatives: The presence of homeless people outside.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 15 Oct 2009 rated 6 out of 10.
Common areas are nice, rooms need updating. Ceilings are low, feels confining. Disney channel would be nice. Toilet very loud and the bathroom is small. Little privacy on balcony. AC unit loud. Parking too expensive.
Positives: Business center, coffee shop, room service.
Negatives: Parking, low ceilings, common balcony, privacy.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 08 Oct 2009 rated 10 out of 10.
It is within walking distance of the Metro and 1 pm checkout and 24 hour parking (even after checkout) allows time to go to the museums the afternoon after a stay.
Positives: The staff was outstanding by being welcoming and answering questions.
Negatives: The design of the toilet paper holder is not in easy reach, does not dispense easily.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 05 Oct 2009 rated 9 out of 10.
Good location -great view of Potomac and Georgetown - 2 blks to Metro station and easy walk across key bridge to Georgetown - taxis always available at front door.
Positives: Excellent location.
Negatives: Parking fees.

The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and the pool, etc. were great! Staff members went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable.
Positives: Friendly staff-the facilities were nice but each staff member we encountered went out of their way to assist us.
Negatives: Parking! The fee is not as high as some others but cramped spaces make it difficult for larger vehicles.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 18 Aug 2009 rated 9 out of 10.
Nice hotel overall, staff was very friendly and helpful. $17/night parking charge is never a good thing but they have their own covered garage with plenty of spaces, and it isn't valet which I loved. We didn't actually eat at the hotel restaurant but we sat at the bar and got food made by the restaurant and it was excellent.
Positives: Good location to DC, walking distance to DC subway, nice hotel bar with good food.
Negatives: Very small bathroom, $17 a night to park which doesn't really bother me but some will find it annoying.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 15 Aug 2009 rated 5 out of 10.
The hotel is old. The deco is still 70's. The carpet and window treatment are not clean. It should be rated as 2.5-star.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Very old; need updates; expensive parking.
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 07 Aug 2009 rated 5 out of 10.
When we checked in we had to circle the parking garage 4 times at 11:00 at night upon check in and wait for someone to pull out to find a parking place, and pay $17/night. The desk clerk offered no apology other than there was a wedding in the hotel that night. The ceiling vents above the shower were extremely dirty as well as many other parts of the room. Generally, the hotel was run down and older and in need of an update. They were doing some construction in the stairwell directly next to our room with drills and saws that started at 6:30/7:00 am every morning of our stay....it shook the walls to our room and was extremely loud. I was disappointed in this hotel.
Positives: Location was good.
Negatives: Outdated, unfriendly help, not clean, hard to find parking.
