This was a nice stay in a newly awarded gold crown motel. We would definitely use it again if the same price was available.
Positives: The front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
Negatives: Tight parking areas.

The big negative besides the noise - I saw roaches.
Positives: Drive up rooms.
Negatives: Noise from maintenance blowing leaves.

Hotel was clean. We really only used it for sleeping after long days of being in DC.
Positives: Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Negatives: Location from DC was a bit far.

Good location slightly off the main drag and 2-3 miles from Huntington Metro Station, which has ample parking. Rooms standard for the genre.
Positives: Proximity to eating establishments.
Negatives: Bed/mattress was getting saggy.

nice small motel, staff is friendly, and I like they provide breakfast in small lobby and have a staff member serving the breakfast meal. I didn't like being next to a construction site next door
