The bedding and towels were all white so I found it easy to assess the cleanliness. There is a continental breakfast from 6-10 am. There are disposable drinking cups and coffee in the room. There's an inside and outside pool. What I didn't like was the inside pool is actually in it's own building. You have to go outside to reach it.
Positives: Everything was white so I could tell it was clean.
Negatives: The hotel was so busy, parking was crowded.

Great place to stay would definitely go back if was to be in Burlington Vermont again.
Positives: Great rooms, staff location, and breakfast is great.
Negatives: Fitness and leisure could have been a little updated with free weights and weight machines.

Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. Public areas were extremely dingy and the room amenities were quite old. Gym area was kept at 95+ temperature making it incredibly uncomfortable to work out in and the equipment was really out of date, if not dangerous.
Positives: Beds were relatively comfortable.
Negatives: Hallways were nothing but disgusting, rooms poorly decorated.

The hotel appears to have been recently updated. All of the room furnishings were new. The room was clean, and the restaurant and pub are popular with the locals. However, even though the hotel did not seem full, I had the impression that they grouped the guests together at one end of the hall, and this led to a sleepless night due to the nocturnal comings and goings of my fellow guests (lots of door slamming). This is not the hotel's fault however - you never know who your neighbors are going to be.
Positives: Clean, convenient, and the upper deck pub is good fun.
Negatives: Noisy neighbors, in and out of their room all night.

It is a good clean hotel with a nice pool, hot tub, sports bar, continental breakfast and a good location to surrounding points of interest. I would definitely recommend it to others.
