Good spot. Love the location, and the rooms are comfy and cozy. The number beds are ideal. Very comfortable.
Positives: We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was warm and big enough to play around in.
Negatives: Parking is difficult for a larger vehicle. We had a minivan and it was very tight.

The sleep number beds in this hotel, were so uncomfortable, I woke up with a headache every single day. The staff, including the manager, were so unprofessional, I still can't believe it. I could not believe that I was required to pay $12 a day to park my vehicle on the hotels property. That was the worst experience I have ever had!
Positives: Location was good.
Negatives: I had to pay $12 a day to park my vehicle on the hotel property.

The lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to everything I wanted. The sleep number beds were terrible, it was like I was on a cheap air mattress. Had to pay for parking but it was worth it not to have to find parking downtown.
Positives: Location, pool.
Negatives: Hated the sleep number bed, no free breakfast.

Positives: It was close to everything.
Negatives: The beds were horrible. There was a loud noise that you could hear all night. The bathroom wall was falling apart. The rooms weren't as nice as

Nice hotel and location. Clean room. Only issue was the bed being very hard due to the select number control not working.

When we got to the room it had a very strong cigarette smell. Called down to the front desk to complain about the smoking in the room. They moved us to a new room and helped us move and also gave us a microwave and gave us a free breakfast. They called several times to make sure that we were happy.
Positives: The service was excellent but the shower curtain was dirty. It had not been cleaned.
Negatives: Paying $12 to park at the hotel and that was the only place to park.

I fly for a major airline and we layover at this hotel. I found bed bugs on my bed last Monday. Nothing more to say because this negates anything good you could say about the hotel.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Bed bugs.

I had to change rooms three times. First was a handicap room, 2nd - heater was noisy. The next day I went to take a shower and it would not turn on. Front desk not accommodating. Finally kicked the shower switch towards the on position and it worked but I missed all but 5 minutes of the wedding ceremony I flew out for. The next night (Fri) my door was jammed and had to go to front desk for help. Then at 4:30 am the heater was so noisy that it woke me up, which I recorded and then I just checked out and they tried to charge me for parking. I left for the airport because I was done.

The Radisson was not really quite what we expected, the cost kind of reflected the quality of the hotel. Considering what we paid, which wasn't very much, the hotel was a bargain, but when considering the quality of the hotel, definitely not that great. Our biggest issue was the fact that we had to pay $12 to park our car in the underground parking facility, which was not explained on the Radisson website.
Positives: The staff, really, is this hotel's only saving grace, they were really nice and knowledgeable.
Negatives: What is up with $12, so I can park my car in their underground parking garage!

It is a nice hotel, but the double sleep number beds were terrible. Felt like sleeping on a big air mattress.
Positives: Close to activities.
Negatives: The sleep number beds are terrible.

The room was quite comfortable. The sleep number bed allows me to choose the firmness of the mattress. The feather pillows are not my favorite. The hotel is a little awkward to access due to the trax on the road where the entrance is. Parking is on the expensive side at $12 for self parking or $15 for valet. Most of the other hotels in the vicinity have free parking available. But overall the stay was nice.
Positives: The room was quiet.
Negatives: There is no free parking.

The lobby was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. But parking was expensive. The staff was extremely unfriendly and the pool area made me cringe. We didn't even get into the hot tub for fear of a skin disease!
Positives: Sleep number bed.
