Good hotel, but I feel every hotel should invest in slow close toilet seats. If you don't know what they are look into them. They are the best and with them you don't have to hear the people above you toilet seat bang in the middle of the night.

Positives: It was an overall nice hotel.

Negatives: For the price we paid they should have offered a continental breakfast. Would have stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street if I would have known.

Internet and breakfast were not included. Recently remodeled, but room was small and bath area was just okay. We were just expecting something more impressive.

Positives: It's been recently remodeled and the furnishings have all been upgraded.

Negatives: Room was cramped. Bathroom was redone, but not nearly what I would expect.

The Sheraton was clean and staff were helpful and it is located just off the freeway and right down town Salt Lake. Expected much more from a 4 star hotel with the rooms being small and the entire hotel feeling dated. Not very family friendly because of the small rooms.

Positives: Great location just off the freeway and right down town Salt Lake.

Negatives: Fair hotel but not a four star. Small room and dated feel.

The hotel is old but remodeled. It was not a four star hotel.

Positives: The staff was helpful and friendly.

Negatives: There were bums sleeping in the parking lot we had to walk by at night.

We did not get the room we wanted. There was no apology for that. We were okay with our room until the power went out for 3 hours and 14 minutes. At this time the phones did not work and no one from the hotel checked on anyone. We knew that if we left our room we would not be able to get back in unless we propped our door open. That would have been an idiotic thing to do so we waited. No one came. In the morning we talked to the desk about it and they were extremely rude. Also, they could not give us a bill as their computers were not up and running. They took our email address and were supposed to email it to us and even after several phone calls we have not received one. This would make me not recommend the Sheraton but I still like your company.

Positives: I liked the furniture.

Negatives: They have no customer service to speak of. I still do not have a copy of my bill.

Location is good. The overall, inside appearance is very nice as was the room. We were on the Th floor facing the street and could hear all the street traffic. The noise could be hear right through the sliding glass doors. The bed was horrible. Every time my spouse moved, I could feel it. We have a bed at home where if he were to move, I can not feel it on my side. I guess I am used to that. So when he moved and it made my side move, I woke up as if someone were shaking me to wake up. If you sleep by yourself, it wouldn't be too bad.

Positives: The room appearance was very nice. I loved the giant oval tub in the bathroom.

Negatives: I did not like hearing all the traffic noise (windows very thin) and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Very nice up to date rooms. Very clean and very well kept grounds.

Positives: It was very clean and a great hotel for the money that we payed. Excellent deal.

Negatives: The front desk workers seemed a little to uptight and were slightly impolite.

Overall our stay was fine, but I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel. 3 to 3.5 stars at best.

Positives: Attractive lobby, contemporary decor, clean and spacious room, convenient location.

Negatives: Scratchy sheets, small tub, heater would not adjust to lower setting.

It's recommendable to my friends and aqauitance to stay in the hotel when they are travelling in Salt Lake City, Utah. It's a good hotel.

Positives: With the credibility of Priceline, I choosed the hotel.

Negatives: No any serious complaint.

Hotel was fine but not what I'd expect from a 4 star rating. For what I paid using pricelines service I did not get the VALUE I expected. Additional charges for in-room Internet further reduced the value. I average about 10-15 hotel stays per month. I know a good value. This was not it.

Positives: Location. Up to date feel/look.

Negatives: Poor value. Free Internet in lobby but not room.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 14 Dec 2010 rated 1 out of 10.

Extremely noisy! Not kid friendly in winter due to outside pool. Probably would not stay there again. Worst night sleep in a hotel I can remember due to noise.

Positives: Room was nice..

Negatives: Extremely noisy surroundings and outdoor pool is not kid friendly in winter. Never Again will I stay there!

The staff was wonderful and the room was better than we expected.

Positives: The room was very pretty.

Negatives: The television reception was not great for all channels.

This hotel has a spacious lobby. The hotel seemed to be quiet. It was very nice to not have to pay for parking at the facility. Overall I have a hard time trying to decide whether I would rate this as a four star hotel. It definitely teeters on the edge of being a 3.5 star hotel.

Positives: I really liked the decor of the hotel rooms. The fireplace in the lobby was nice

Negatives: Waiter in the restaurant was rude. The beds are not bad but not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel

Got into room and noticed right away that the bed was not made, pillows were in the middle of bed and one was missing a pillow case. Oh well got ready for bed and turned the furnace on and it only blew cold air I would think that being Nov 20th the furnace would work. Then went to turn on the TV and the picture quality was terrible.

Positives: Room size.

Negatives: Furnace broken, terrible picture on TV, 1 bed was not made to completion.

Not outstanding from the outside but once you enter, you know you're in a 4 star hotel. Lobby was beautiful, employees helpful and pleasant, room was sleek but very comfortable. Our view was a brick wall but we weren't there for the view, so that was fine.

Positives: The bed was amazing, I slept like a log.

Negatives: Hard to find electrical outlets.

A perfect setting. By the river, but only a short walk to the business centers of Portland.

Positives: Perfect, location and great atmosphere.

Negatives: Nothing bad to report.

It was a nice hotel to stay at and we got a great deal but they didn't replace used towels I had to call the front desk. Also the hallway for the 5 night stay smelled. Also there is a club right outside the hotel that was very loud until well after 2am. Not good if you are there for business.

Positives: Good brand and a good location.

Negatives: Club outside very loud and hallways had very bad oder.

Don't judge this hotel by the exterior. The interior is completely renovated with new and comfortable beds and linens. Convenient computer station. Great location and walk ability to bars, restaurants, and Temple Square. Quick drive (less than 15 minutes) to the airport. Courteous staff and concierge service who are willing to go the extra mile.

Positives: Completely renovated with comfortable beds and linens.

Negatives: Exterior is impressive.

The hotel lobby areas are quite nice. The conference areas provide plenty of room. Temperature control of the air/heat was barely noticeable. The room was rather hot and it would not cool down. It seemed as though the hotel cleaning staff has not been properly trained.

Positives: Location to downtown salt lake and freeway system.

Negatives: Room amenities, temperature control, room location.

An older hotel but well-maintained.

Positives: Location was good and pool area was nice. Stayed on the 7th floor and the room was clean and nicely appointed. Not overly large but very suitable.

Negatives: The parking for the rooms in the front of the hotel was not convenient.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 12 Aug 2009 rated 10 out of 10.

Great room! Very modern and clean. Loved the big flat panel TV!

Positives: Decor of the room.
