An earth-to-table philosophy is integrated into all Sundance eating venues. The Tree Room is intimate an candlelit with its walls hung with Native America memorabilia from Robert Redford's personal collection. The Foundry Grill serves western cooking from a wood burning oven and rotisserie while the Sundance Deli offers delectable items in the setting of an old country store. The Owl Bar features items from the Foundry Grill in the original 1890s rosewood bar favored by Butch Cassidy's Hole-in-the Wall Gang.
