Everything great, staff, room, breakfast, pet friendly, parking, convenience, etc.
Positives: Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and I like being able to take my dog.
Negatives: Nothing.

Room and amenities were excellent. Staff was very responsive. I would stay there again.
Positives: Had a refrigerator and bed extremely comfortable.
Negatives: Breakfast. No meat and eggs did not look appetizing. Did not eat at hotel.

You can't go wrong with this hotel. I kept raving about it to my family the whole time we were there.
Positives: Brand new, classy look, great free breakfast, convenient location.
Negatives: Price was a bit high.

Okay experience, but it did not have the wow factor which is what I wanted. However, Flagstaff did not have any 4 star or greater hotels.
Positives: The front desk staff was very helpful when I wanted to switch rooms.
Negatives: The swimming pool and hot tubs needed new paint and the water was not clear, but dirty.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the way they provided breakfast, I would stay there again.
Positives: The overall appearance, cleanliness and staff.
Negatives: Not having a king size bed, they gave us two queens.

Nice large rooms with couch which made it nice and comfortable to hang out with my daughter and her boyfriend. Clean with nice big window for daylight. The continental breakfast was exceptional because you could make your own homemade waffles. Great hotel for my needs and great location.

Did not have reservation for two rooms, but found it later. Had to move rooms due to dogs. Dogs were out in parking lot barking as well.

Negatives: Way too many dogs. Dogs were all over hotel and were not segregated.

Great free breakfast with make your own waffles! Attendants were very hard working.

We didn't spend much time in the room. However, the hotel is smoke free but our room smelled of stale smoke. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay at this hotel again.

Very comfortable, good cable channels, has a nice dog run, kids playground, good continental breakfast, elevator as well as stairs.

Had a great stay. The breakfast waffles are great. The somewhat laconic staff may seem to outsiders as unfriendly (they are Native Americans and it is their nature to not be overly emotive), but they are great and will help you to the max with any request.<br>Very good travel value!
