This is a great hotel to stay at. The pool is large and consistently clean. It is easy to get in and out of this hotel especially for older people. I had my mother with me and it was the best hotel we ever stayed at for ease of getting her out to the car and back to the room through the day.
Positives: It was clean and responded swiftly.
Negatives: At check out they were mean and unfriendly after the other staff was so nice, friendly and helpful it took us by surprise.

Hotel room was excellent. Air condition was very cold. The suite which I stayed was very spacious. Hotel staff was friendly. All items in the room are very new. No regrets. I personally will choose Holiday Inn for my next holiday trips.
Positives: Room was awesome. Breakfast was good. Indoor swimming pool was excellent. Overall hotel is outstanding.

This Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The Staff was very helpful giving us directions on where to find a swimsuit and a pharmacy. ("No, I'm not the pilot, but I stayed in a Holiday Inn express last night.") I loved how the pillows were labeled "Hard" or "Soft". Also, the lotion smelled like nutmeg and I may have to stay another night or write to the hotel because I liked the scent so much! But by far, the hot morning free breakfast with the homemade cinnamon rolls were the best. I would definitely stay at this hotel chain again. I don't know if they are all like the one in Moab, but if so, I will never stay at another hotel rival if given the choice.
Positives: The pillows had embroidered "hard" or "soft" on them. The lotion smelled like nutmeg- yum!
Negatives: The eggs at the hotel breakfast had never seen a chicken :).

Other than no hot water to shower the first day. Everything else was satisfactory.

Located in close proximity to national parks. Clean well kept facilities. Breakfast facility was cramped and food choices could have been better for the price paid for a nights stay.
Positives: Location to national parks.
Negatives: Price paid was $30 too much per night.

The beds were the softest, the pillows were perfect. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Positives: The continental breakfast.
Negatives: If you are not going to provide a refrigerator you need more than one ice machine for the entire hotel.

I really liked this place a lot. We'd come back over and over again. The towels were lush, the shampoo and stuff was very good and we ended up using it, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.
Positives: The staff's willingness to accommodate our requests in a friendly, easygoing way
Negatives: Cleaning staff told jokes about me in foreign language, laughing to each other.
