The only pool (indoors) was way too crowded and was very noisy on Friday evening. I would like to have used some snow shoes, but there were hardly any left. Both ice machines at Antelope were not working.
Positives: Restaurant buffet was nice to have. Groomed tracks for cross - country skiing, close to Bryce Canyon.
Negatives: The outdoor hot tub is no longer available. The indoor hot tub is always too crowded.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and a great location. Good for leisure of business travelers, with plenty of facilities.
Positives: Great location, excellent on site facilities.
Negatives: Long cue for restaurant (over 45 minutes for a table).

This hotel was a comfortable stay and convenient for our needs. The restaurant was very disappointing considering the hotel is so busy. Our dinner meal was just OK and breakfast was cold! Would not eat here again but the room we had was very comfortable.
Positives: Location to Bryce Canyon.
Negatives: Restaurant food was poor.

Not as nice as I expected based on the reputation in the marketplace. No cocktail lounge. Food was average with little variety of restaurants.
Positives: Convenient at Bryce Canyon.
Negatives: The beds needed to be replaced. They were hard and worn out.

Resort/lodge layout of this huge hotel was not very comfortable (had to walk long distance or drive for meals); Large/heavily populated hotel -booked as a resort destination- meant the room was not as clean or comfortable as expected (mosquitoes flies?) head-to-toe in just 1 night's.
Positives: Nice pool; convenient.
Negatives: Lakeside room meant terrible bugs after dark; with no/little control.

When we arrived, we got an unexpected pleasant surprise - the staff held a new year's eve party for all the children staying at the hotel. My kids had a great time making crafts, hitting a piñata, and collecting candy - and it was all free! Also, the pool and hot tub were great, and the rooms were attractive and clean. We wish we could have spent more time there.
Positives: Great atmosphere, nice rooms, friendly staff.
Negatives: Nothing.

This is the only hotel accommodation near the Bryce Canyon National Park (except for the lodge inside the park). It was convenient, and clean enough. However price was a little to high for a motel like room.
Positives: Location: This hotel is located right out side of Bryce Canyon National Park.
Negatives: Motel like room structure for high price and service of restaurant employees.

It was a very nice place to stay, the rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was very nice.
Positives: The closeness to Bryce Park.
Negatives: High price of food in restaurant and general store.

Brand new interior in guest rooms (March 2006), including all new furniture, up-dated bathroom, granite counter tops, TV or fridge or micro wave or free wireless internet. Great in-door pool. The restaurant food is satisfying but not much varieties. Very friendly and warm. Very close to the national park entrance.
Positives: Fully renovated as of March 2006.
Negatives: Good food but not much choices in the menu.
