It was clean and neat, rooms were nice. There was no breakfast in lobby and when I went to check out, I could not find anyone to help me. I waited a couple of minutes, then just left my key at the front desk.

Positives: Convenient and attentive.

Negatives: Staff did not understand Priceline protocol.

Our room had a box spring all tore up, u fell thought, the sinks did not drain. The staff told my kids the spa was being remodeled but other guess were using it. The room smelled bad and not at all clean. I will never stay there again and I go through Blanding several times a year!

No elevator, had to change room when bathroom above had horrible leak, no restaurant in hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel. Room had major issues with things that did not work and no discount was offered, not even an apology for the inconvenience. Only restaurant to eat at scalped you for so-so food.

Positives: It was easy to find.

Negatives: Room lights, ice machine didn't work. No breakfast, said there was. Room was kind of clean.

It was good for a single night stay with no kids. The hot tub area needs to be fixed. Hotel room was very clean.

Positives: It was close to 4 corners.

Negatives: The hot tub was too hot, area around it was dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a steakhouse and across from a grocery store. The rooms were large and very accommodating. The spa area was undesirable and the breakfast room was a mess and was ignored by the staff. For sleeping purposes it was great.

Positives: We had a room with 3 queen beds in it. The room was huge and very nice.

Negatives: The breakfast area facilities were a mess. The spa needed fixing and cleaning and the desk man didn't speak English purposively.

Room had plastic glasses with no wrapper. Who would provide such an un-hygienic product other than owners trying to save every penny at the expense of customers health. Operator/owner only appeared at desk after ringing push button numerous times. Then he simply took my money which was printed out on a slip like I get at the gas pump (no explanation of taxes etc. At check out I had to pick up a lobby phone and dial "0" as explained on a small hand written sign on the desk to inquire about check out procedures.

Positives: Its just another basically operated motel.

Negatives: Could not dial out to use my calling card from room.

The hotel overall was very nice, staff was friendly. Again, disappointed that they didn't offer food for complimentary breakfast, only coffee, and hot chocolate.
