The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were greeted warmly upon check-in, and my interaction with them throughout the stay was also pleasant.
Positives: The staff was great. The continental breakfast was good too.
Negatives: The pool was small and unappealing.

We were traveling down I-35 and this hotel was quite a ways off the Interstate. It was not of the quality that I consider to be associated with the Marriott brand. Would not seek this location out again to frequent.
Positives: Texas-shaped waffles.

Great experience.
Positives: Hotel was clean, modern, convenient location and great continental breakfast.

Clean and nicely decorated multi-story hotel, at junction of 6 and 84 (convenient to various parts of city), across street from large mall and decent restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would have liked the use of a PC and vending machines on each floor, plus a small fridge in room. Area is not particularly beautiful, but Waco is not. Had stayed a few months before at Holiday Inn Express nearby, which was somewhat more luxurious, but also higher in price. We were happy, though, with Fairfield Inn.
Positives: Very helpful staff, clean, bright rooms, good breakfast.
Negatives: Could have used a small fridge in room, no PC for guests.

I think u need to orient your front desks agents regarding customer service especially on the phone...I could say I'm not a customer who called but even though, he should have been nice or should I say polite and courteous...I'm also working in a customer service firm and it's so disappointing that I serve customer with a big smile and full patience, and when the time comes that I'm the one being handled by agents, I don't get stisfaction..(cust. services per say)....<br><br>he was sarcastic and rude. if u don't understand what the person Sid. why not ask him to repeat and listen well..u don't have to shout....anyway. I hope this complaint would be discussed....hotel staff should be patient and freindly..personally or virtually....thank you and have a great day!
