Alpha Omega ( Dining / Coffee shop / Tea ). Located at 929 Franklin Avenue, Waco, 1 mile from the center of Waka. Alpha Omega opened in June 2016 and is located in Waco's historic downtown district. In the 50's, the original building was a transmission shop. When we purchased the building, the roof had caved in and only the exterior walls were standing. After investing hard work and time, the building was transformed to its original style with a long narrow design.
Alpha Omega's kitchen is visible from the seating area, allowing guests to experience the food being prepared. The two gyro machines positioned in the middle of the kitchen allows guests to see the classic Mediterranean meat preparation style. Fresh bread, pastries and gelato made daily will entice customers to try a variety of classic and updated Mediterranean dishes.
