All employees should be friendly, helpful and very courteous.
Positives: There breakfast is one of the best I have ever had for selection.
Negatives: Pool was outside.

Nice, clean, comfortable. Had a sliding glass door that led into the courtyard area which was nice. A solid 2 star hotel. I stayed there 10-15 years ago and was horrified that that was the hotel that we were given so I was amazed at all of the renovations they had done since I stayed there last. Much, much nicer than it use to be. Not near as nice as the other 2 star hotels in town which are only a few years old.
Positives: Had a sliding glass door that led into the courtyard area which was nice.
Negatives: It was noisy due to the Rodeo convention in town.

My wife and I have stayed here about once a year for 7 years. It's our yearly trip to see the old car parade in Winnsboro. There is a field and valley on the east side that is often filled with fog on a cool morning and the sunrise over the fog is breathtaking. We've never had a bad experience here. Always good.
Positives: I think the surroundings are attractive and well kept.
Negatives: Sink area in our room was a little small but ok.

Do not! I repeat, do not stay at this hotel if you value your time, money, and health. Unfriendly, with an attitude, staff at the front desk, I stayed 9 days/nights at this hotel and didn't get room service 3 of those days. One day, I got room service, towels only, only because I arrived back at the hotel early enough to ask for it. I only saw the maid service change towels in the rooms; I never saw or heard a vacuum cleaner during my stay. The hotel is filthy inside and littered with trash outside. There are better, cleaner hotels located nearby and the price is about the same.
Positives: Check-out time and that only took 20 minutes to accomplish.
Negatives: Filthy room and facilities. Unfriendly, unqualified, and lazy staff.

Nice hotel, but there were no non-smoking rooms available even though we had a reservation. Three of our family members have asthma and the smoke smell caused us breathing problems through the night.
Positives: Good breakfast buffet.
Negatives: Put us in a smoking room caused problems with our breathing through the night. Couldn't sleep well.

Access in and out is very good. My experience was very pleasant - I slept well and the atmosphere was quite charming. It was clean and they trust their customers with a spare roll of toilet paper. The Christmas tree decorations were adorable. The breakfast is real and home-style comforting. I do not plan to look for another motel in that area as I am certain that this was the best.
Positives: This seems to be an older motel that is very well maintained. The staff was excellent.
Negatives: The coffee packs in the room were decaf, which made me check out the free breakfast which was quite good and charming.

Nice hotel with easy access to the Interstate. Friendly staff. Unpleasant smell, particularly in the morning, in the hallways.
