It was a nice hotel. The best thing about it was the location. There are many things to do around the area.
Positives: The location.
Negatives: After hours.

The hotel and its employees were professional and gave terrific service. The room was attractive and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was attractive and clean. We especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the hot tub/spa. (The hot tub temperature was too hot sometimes and we had no way to adjust the temperature.) The pool was small but nice, but really could have closed later than 11 pm. With no lifeguard, it could have stayed open all night! What I didn't like was that they had no complimentary breakfast, not even a continental breakfast. Breakfast was available through room service (expensive) and the hotel restaurant ($16.99 for one adult breakfast buffet!) I had several children of varying ages so was on a budget and could only purchase one meal from the restaurant/room service menu. That meal was excellent! Good-sized portions of the entrée and sides, lightly seasoned and tasty! I'd like to come back with my husband sometime, but it's not really practical for kids.
Positives: Appearance. The hotel was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quiet and food and service were great.
Negatives: Nothing really, it just did not suit my particular needs.

Super location and great rooms. Not having free Internet in the room is not good.
Positives: Location and exercise room.
Negatives: No free Internet in room..

Hotel location and staff were great; however, it was very noisy, we did not get much sleep due to the loudness of hotel room doors slamming and hearing people talking. Had to complain to the front desk due to the disturbances.
Positives: Location
Negatives: The hotel had a lot of noise.

This is a very nice hotel so it doesn't make sense that there was no minifridge, no microwave, no convinient parking and the straw that broke the camels back is that they charge you for local calls.I will never stay again, which is a shame because its in a nice location.
Positives: The view
Negatives: No Minifridge, No Microwave, No Convinient Parking & Charged for Phone calls

A great experinece. Highly recommended for travelers to stay at. I would gladly stay there again.
Positives: The staff was superb!
Negatives: Having to pay $23 per night for valet parking was excessive.

Facility is top notch, staff very helpful and accommodating, genuinely concerned that your stay meets your expectations. Top notch exercise facility. One drawback, the room we stayed in had an adjoining room door between the rooms - normal conversations in one room could be clearly heard in the other. Also, conversations in the hallways were also very audible along with the frequent slam of closing room doors. So, ask for a quiet room, away from the bar scene on the square, without an adjoining room door and you will be close to perfect in a first rate hotel accommodation.
Positives: Very helpful staff.
Negatives: Noisy - adjoining room doorway very noisy, hall noise.

The Marriot Town Center is great because there is a lot to do around the hotel- restaurants, shopping, businesses, etc. However, the beds were somewhat uncomfortable and the swimming pool left a lot to be desired. The water in the pool was warm- like bath water. The kids were not very entertained by the pool.
Positives: Very clean. Convienent location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Negatives: Uncomfortable beds and luke warm pool.

This hotel come highly recommended, everything was fine but the bed. My daughter stayed there for 4 days, she said her bed was fine.
Positives: The hotel is really pretty and lots of helpful workers.
Negatives: The bed was horrible, it was too lumpy for me.

The hotel was quite nice, however, the front desk staff person placed us on the worst possible floor. Imagine how disappointed my husband and I were (we are both mid-aged) when had a room that was surrounded, on all sides, by teenage dancers attending a seminar at the hotel. From the time they checked it, they slammed doors and ran up and down the hallways until after midnight.
Positives: Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated.
Negatives: The Jacuzzi was not working.

Negatives: Nothing.

Noisy concerts were blasting out until 9:30 each night, then the bar across the street was blasting out music until late. Travel was not what I expected for this zone.
Positives: The rooms were great.
Negatives: Twelve miles from the business area of Southwest Loop.
