It was a nice place to stay. The price was right for us.
Positives: It was nice and clean.
Negatives: The location was a little hard to get back out on the Hwy.

Other than the noise from the boiler in room (after we complained and were moved to another room)I would recommend the hotel.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Good hotel for location and price. It was clean and convenient. The room did not smell clean, but it looked clean. There was no business center for Internet access. Other than that, it is a great hotel. It had a nice pool area for the hotel class.

This hotel has interior entrance to all rooms, which is more than what I would have expected for the money. The room was very comfortable. Overall, it was a great value for the money.

It is a good clean business hotel. Breakfast is OK about average for your La Quinta. Overall Good Experience

Just a place to stay if not looking for all the amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I expected a clean and comfortable stay (most La Quinta's are pretty decent) but the hotel exceeded my expectations. I had no problems connecting to the free wireless internet. The free breakfast was the standard fare but the food was fresh and they kept the serving area clean.
Positives: The room was very spacious.
Negatives: Laundry facility was on the 3rd floor and I was on the 1st floor.

This La Quinta was easy to find and extremely clean. The staff were helpful with directions to locations we were interested in visiting. The breakfast was on the higher end of the typical motel breakfast.
Positives: Staff were very helpful with information about Sherman.
Negatives: The clock radio was not set on the correct time.

They need staff working in the breakfast area to restock, clean tables, etc very dirty. The halls were dirty and it could be beautiful hotel. Very spacious, needs elbow grease. The room was very clean though.

Staff was very helpful; since we stayed there last year the hotel looked more used, than it did a year ago.

Customer service was friendly and flexible. Quick to accommodate special requests. Room was surprisingly spacious and obviously recently renovated. This was one of my better hotel experiences.

If you have to spend time in Sherman-Denison, this is a very clean, new-looking hotel. Common spaces and rooms are all inviting, spacious, and clean. All the standard amenities plus a better than average breakfast buffet included. Would be better if there was wireless internet in the rooms (there is supposedly wireless in the lobby and all the rooms have free high speed Ethernet internet access).
Positives: Hotel was very clean with extremely spacious rooms and a good breakfast buffet.

Could have been much nicer with just a little work on the hotels part. Housekeeping was poor, front desk personal were lazy were not going out of their way for anything.
Positives: Close to where I was working.
Negatives: Hotel needs to be cleaner; trash was in the lobby for 3 days. Bed spreads were dirty had not been changed in some time.

Overall, this may be the best place to stay in Sherman. We were able to check in early, it was quiet and the breakfast is a little better than the typical breakfast at this price level hotel.
Positives: Great location, helpful staff, updated clean rooms.
Negatives: Maintenance people left air conditioner filters lying in the hallway.
