This is a great place to stay with your family, and we will definitely stay again. The room was a good size and clean. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and filling. The mid-week Happy Hour could easily serve as a light dinner. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The kitchenette in the room was much more than we expected. With the kitchen, breakfast, and happy hour, you can certainly cut your food budget while traveling.
Positives: Complimentary breakfast and happy hour.
Negatives: Lack of shade at the pool in the afternoon.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Stay bridge Suites. The hotel location was very nice. We were right off if I-37 and about a 10 minute walk from the River walk. We stayed in a non-smoking, King room and it was more than large enough. There is a train station nearby, but in the 4 nights we stayed, I only remember hearing it twice during the day and not once at night. The parking lot for the hotel is about a half block away, but it really wasn't a problem. You can pull your car up next to the hotel to load/unload your belongings and then pull around to park. Also, there was a security guard at the parking area every time we came and went, so I'm assuming that it is 24/7 security. We loved the place and would go back without hesitation. Also, if you're going to be in the area for more than a week, this place is great. They have a great breakfast bar every morning and on Tues
to Thurs they serve snacks which can really be full meals hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, ravioli and also give you a complimentary glass of wine or beer. If your per diem covers the costs of the room, I really don't think you can do better!
Positives: Complimentary food and drinks, size of the room, location.
Negatives: The community office center only had 3 computers and they were a bit slow.

Negatives: Nothing.

We enjoyed our stay here, only a short walk to the Riverwalk or a $5 cab ride which saves money on parking but overall it's a great quiet place to stay. Parking is a bit of a walk to the Hotel. Great place to stay if you are attending the Alamodome.
Positives: The rooms were great and they offered free food for dinner on Tuesday and Thursday.
Negatives: The location to the Riverwalk wasn't ideal but not far. Great if you are attending the Alamodome.

I want to stay there any time I go to San Antonio. I feel like
I am at a 5 star hotel when
I am there.
Positives: This hotel is walking distance from the River Center and Alamo, breakfast is a plus.
Negatives: Housekeeping did not pick up garbage and replace towels daily.

Very comfortable room, and good for money.
Positives: Very nice room and helpful staff.
Negatives: A little far from Riverwalk to be considered on the Riverwalk.

The hotel was very clean and had updated decor. Staff upgraded us to a suite when 2 beds weren't available. Loved having the kitchen. Would recommend this hotel!
Positives: Full kitchen, nice furnishings, convenient to downtown, and free breakfast.
Negatives: Trains going by through the night, right next to hotel.

The hotel looks old and not very inviting from the outside. It is in a terrible part of town! The parking is a long ways off and you have to walk to the hotel! There is no help to carry your things to the rooms. However, the rooms are large and nicely furnished. The bed is comfortable. But there is no housekeeping services on weekends! The hotel was hard to find and there was no sign on the outside of the building telling us that the it was the hotel. The name was on a glass door on the front entrance that faced an alley! We drove around the block area for almost 20 minutes trying to figure out which building was the hotel!
Positives: The rooms were large and furnished nicely.
Negatives: The location was horrible! The parking atrocious! Hard to find!

Nice hotel, nice people, and only complaint is the parking.
Positives: Nice flat screen televisions.
Negatives: Parking is a bit of an issue but not horrible.

The hotel was great and the staff took care of any problems we had. The only problem is parking is away from the hotel. However even then the hotel had security guards at the parking site and at the hotel.
Positives: Friendly staff and location to downtown was great.
Negatives: Parking within the hotel gounds limited.

It was clean and well attended. Rooms were big and all with a kitchenette incl. fridge, micro, dishwasher and 2 plate stove. If you needed, downstairs was a store of frozen dinners, soups, snacks and additional toiletries. Parking was difficult, if you arrive at night be prepared to park down the street with no lighting back to hotel. Overall a very good experience and will defiantly stay there again.
Positives: Rooms were a nice size if traveling with children.
Negatives: Parking was inconvenient, down a dark street if the 10 spaces close by were full.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with all of the amenities you would expect in a kitchen suite. Large flat screen TV, couch, and desk make it a great place to relax or work. DVD and books are free to use from the front desk. The cocktail hour Mon-Thurs is a treat, and the large breakfast in the morning was delicious. Just a short walk down the street to the Riverwalk and next door to the Alamo Dome.
Positives: Cocktail hour was a treat, breakfast was great, rooms are clean, large, & nicely furnished.
Negatives: Lobby is somewhat difficult to find the first time, parking is offsite.

Great hotel! My only complaint would be the lack of a hottub and no housekeeping on the weekend. Other than that, the hotel is excellent!
Positives: Very nice room! Wonderful beds! Slept wonderfully!
Negatives: No hot tub!

Recommended place to stay.
Positives: Plasma TV, good bed and pillow, clean, and good breakfast.
Negatives: Noisy (near train station).

Everything was very nice for the price. The free continental breakfast was ok. Nothing better than the standard cheap hotel kind of breakfast. Free WiFi was nice, and the rooms have a nice flat screen TV and a DVD player. The only big complain is the noise from the train station and the concert venue. Not a good place to stay if you want to get a good night sleep.
Positives: Central location, good price, nice rooms.
Negatives: The hotel is right next to a train station and a concert venue. A heavy metal band was playing during our stay, so we never got good sleep.
