The staff was pleasant, the common area of lobby was quite nice. The halls were drab, the bathroom had a blackish mold on the ceiling and upper parts of the wall making it feel dirty. The vents of AC/heating unit were not very clean.
Positives: Location and access.
Negatives: Bathroom had blackish mold on ceiling and AC/Heating unit was dirty.

Great location for attractions and the airbase. Friendly and helpful staff, well maintained facility. Sparse furnishings and could have used a fridge.
Positives: The staff was helpful, provided maps to commonly visited sights as well as directions and even discount attraction tickets.
Negatives: Not much furniture in the rooms.

Had low expectations due to reviews saying it was dirty, but when I arrived it had just been renovated - new paint, beds, carpets. Staff nice and efficient. Worth the price. Only negative is a bit hard to get to due to highway (de-)construction.
Positives: Cleanliness, friendly, cheap.

This hotel is great for short stays where you don't plan on spending much time in the room. Very affordable, very clean room. Some of the hallways and Stairwells were messy, but I think that had more to do with the people staying there.
Positives: It was cheap, room was clean, close to Sea World, Crispy Kreme in Parking Lot
Negatives: Thin walls, stairwell trashed.
