Cost to much for the quality of the hotel. $50 worth hotel.
Positives: Cheaper price.
Negatives: Bugs in room n run down.

If I know what I do now I would have paid a little bit more and stayed somewhere else. Not impressed at all with hotel and would never recommend to someone else to stay there. I thought the hotel was really overpriced for what you got. There were not enough towels for the amount of people that were in the room which is frustrating having to keep asking for more towels.
Positives: Easy to find.
Negatives: I thought that the facility looked dirty and run down. The breakfast was pretty none exsistant and the reviews on this hotel were inacurate.

Huge rooms, clean, great breakfast.

The location was convenient for what we needed and there were several options for shopping and dining. I'm usually not offended by cigarette smoke, so it didn't matter to me if we were in smoking or non, but our room (which, granted, was smoking although it did have a non-smoking sign on the door) fairly reeked of stale smoke. We really did enjoy our stay and the couple of times that we needed something, the staff responded promptly. My daughter really loved the pool. It was just the right size and I liked the fact that it was enclosed in a nicely landscaped inner courtyard.
Positives: With one exception and not overly so, the staff was very friendly & helpful.
Negatives: The breakfast was okay, but the seating area was limited.

Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet despite access to nearby freeway.
Positives: The room was comfortable and clean. The fridge and microwave helped make the trip more economical. The breakfast bar waffles were a nice touch.
Negatives: Maintenance was done while we were out; switched shower head, Feels odd that someone was in my room when it had already been cleaned; unnecessary.

I would not use this location again. I will inquire next time if the hotel is corporately owned or if it is an individual franchise. Franchises can do what ever they want and do not answer to anyone. Would not do business with the establishment again.
Positives: Convenient to places I needed.
Negatives: Staff. I was charged twice for the room. Horrible customer service.

This place was nice for the star rating. We stayed there for the Alamo Bowl weekend. The lobby was clean and well decorated, the room was also nice. I do have a few complaints, though. Even though check-in was at 3 pm, when we arrived at 4:30 we were told that it would be another 30 minutes until our room was ready. We have a 17 month old son and that really threw off our schedule since we had to go find something to do until the room was ready. No nap for him on that day. Not good for an evening football game. Then the wifi wasn't working in the entire hotel. Lastly, I was a dingbat and left my checkbook and a gift card that I got as a Christmas present in the drawer of the dresser (so I wouldn't be lugging them around the Alamo dome.) Anyway, I didn't realize it till we got back to Houston and the cleaning staff found the checkbook and returned it to the front desk. But didn't find the gift card.
Positives: Nice rooms and lobby.
Negatives: wifi didn't work, room wasn't ready until 5 pm.

In its fiesta Texas off-season, it was quiet. The room was clean, comfortable, and the site was generally convenient to the San Antonio highway system.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, and convenient--a fully featured value.
Negatives: In checking in, we were assigned to an upscale room that wasn't ready; were then reassigned.

I couldn't have asked for a better place for my son and I to stay. The hotel was clean and relaxing and it added greatly to the fun we had at Sea World and Wildlife Ranch and Safari.
Positives: We had a frig, microwave, recliner, great room layout,, clean pool & Jacuzzi.
Negatives: Our stay and trip was excellent in everyway.
