This was the worst 2 star hotel I have stayed in. It was really a long term stay hotel with stove and microwave. There was food available in the joint laundry room/vending area. There was no option of a king size bed and the blankets etc were old. The lobby was small (10ft by 20ft with another area with four chairs).
Positives: Clerk was friendly.
Negatives: Small bed, no maid service, combined laundry room food vending.

If you need an affordable clean room to stay in, this is the place for you. Hotel looks fairly new with friendly staff & good security. Near Fiesta Texas, Sea World & other attractions.
Positives: Overall clean, comfy, nice staff and safety with security.
Negatives: 1 washer was out of order and the other hard to get going.

This place should not be allowed to operate in its condition. The location was horrible. The rooms were not made for families. They could not accommodate me. The graffiti outside of the hotel made us fear for our safety. We left and stayed at a different hotel. I would not allow my family to be placed in danger.
Positives: When I left that rat hole.
Negatives: Graffiti, location was hard to get in and out.

It was worth the price. I really enjoyed how close it was to everything the fact that they had DVD players and VCR's in the rooms. The also had free video rentals which I was surprised to see new releases there. Also we saved a lot of money because it had a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out but one time.
Positives: It was no more than 10 minutes from all my attractions that I wanted to visit. (Fiesta Texas, Riverwalk, Alamo and the Zoo).
Negatives: I didn't like how loud it was. We were on a romantic anniversary trip and kids were running through the hotel all night long!

The hotel staff seemed to be ready for us the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable, our 10 and 11 year old enjoyed the pool and my wife and I liked the convenience of the kitchen. The hotel is close to all major attractions. I would and have recommended this hotel.

Nice room and the Food "pantry" was nice for breakfast.
Positives: The suite setup of them room was nice.
Negatives: A/C was sensor controlled and cut off at night.

Good hotel for the price. Good location, nice rooms with good space, comfortable.
Positives: Nice, clean room with everything I needed.
Negatives: Housekeeping did not change the sheets or towels, and wont' unless staying 7 days.

Hotel was in a great location for Sea World & Fiesta TX. Only complaints were that the hotel did not provide breakfast and they only had rooms with 1 bed.

Very nice hotel. Has full kitchen which really cuts back on dining bill. Very convenient location to all the hot spots in San Antonio!
