The employees of the Four points by Sheraton San Antonio Downtown were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed and it is located less than 2 blocks from the Riverwalk. The ownly thing that surprised me was Valet parking ($16.00 per night) I have never stayed in a hotel or motel that charged a fee before. I was scheduled to stay 3 nights but had to leave day early due to work. But all in all this is a very nice place and I would definitely recommend it to friends (in fact already have).

It was a very convenient hotel, and very friendly staff. The high price for spring break rates did not reflect in the room. The bed, pillows, linens and towels were sub-standard.
Positives: Very convenient to downtown attractions and good parking price.
Negatives: Bed and linens/towels were not worth the amount of the room.
