Staff was friendly, however cleanliness was lacking. The room had necessary amenities and was large. The bed was uncomfortable. The area was convenient with several things near by for dining and attractions, and the hotel was easy to get to.

As bad a motel as I have ever stayed in.

The rooms are barely adequate. Would only recommend for overnight travelers due to location off the interstate.

This is a good location for an I-35 stop, only about 50 miles from Austin, inexpensive and an easy hop to morning meetings. Easy access, quiet, a little worn but clean and in good repair. Large rooms with wired or wireless high-speed Internet. Very convenient, I will certainly use it again.

Positives: Freeway on or off location, free high-speed (wireless or wired) Internet, easy check-in, quiet.

Negatives: This is a $60 room, so it is a little worn, but clean and in repair.
