We liked our stay at the Hyatt. It was very comfortable. WiFi worked beautifully, but despite a complaint on the wired Internet not working, it was not fixed. To our surprise, we discovered an unopened pack of cigarettes near the ironing board in our non-smoking suite. Since we only stayed one night, I let the person at the front desk know of it and was offered a complimentary item from the convenience shop, which was nice.
Positives: Very comfortable to stay in, Eco/ green laundry drive,TV with Cable
Negatives: Discovering unopened pack of cigarettes in our non-smoking suite + Wired Internet not working.

I've stayed here several times and always had a good trip. It's pretty quiet, can get work done. Happy hour in lobby is generous as well as is breakfast. Staff is friendly. Rooms are extremely comfortable and well laid out for lounging, working or playing.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: A little hard to get to off the exit. Have to circle around and come back on a side street.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very nice and comfortable, priced right for frequent travelers.
Positives: The set up was good closet and all. Loved the bed and position of the television.
Negatives: No ice machines or coke machines. Items priced to high in market in lobby.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable furniture. The couch was great for relaxing and the desk chair was like something I would purchase for my own office.

Upscale hotel suite that would be ideal for several days stay - great amenities in the multi room suite - great kitchen - lots of storage space - big screen TV - very upscale bed linens - great morning bunch.

The Hyatt was a great "suite" style long term stay facility. Room was well laid out, clean, and business friendly. Breakfast provided was better than continental. Would use again.

It was very well maintained in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It definitely exceeded our expectations for the price!

Go North on I-75 to the Campbell Rd. exit, number 26. Turn left on Campbell Rd. and proceed west to the first light, Collins Blvd. Turn right onto Collins and follow it to Fall Creek and turn right.
