Room was filthy, over-priced, seedy neighborhood.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: The hotel room was disgusting. They did not even clean the room. When I asked them to clean it, they said they had no one on staff to do it.

We would probably stay here again, we did like the prices. The rooms do need a little more talc. They are not worth the full price of a standard room rate.
Positives: It was close to the highway, clean and ready when we arrived.
Negatives: The hotel is still under construction so it is a little messy towards the back.
