This Hotel was a great surprise. Clerk was understanding of my situation. Nice, clean and big rooms. Clerk gave me about 15 minutes to unwind, and then called to make sure everything was good. After a lousy travel day, she made me feel welcome. Hotel was clean, neat and staff was friendly. Only downfall was no restaurant within waling distance besides waffle house.
Positives: Staff.
Negatives: Surrounding restaurants.

Computer was down during check in, but clerk did the best she could. Lobby and elevators were being cleaned during the evening and the floors were wet and the elevator was not in service during the cleaning. I was on the RD floor and it was very inconvenient.
Positives: Bed comfortable, decor very pleasant, good Continental breakfast.
Negatives: Due to cleaning elevator was not in service.
