Very nice rooms, good breakfast, staff was great. Will stay there every time we visit Lubbock. And will look for Ash mores in other towns.

Positives: Had a sitting room and kitchen great.

Negatives: Nothing.

Centrally located, close to restaurants and shopping. Large, attractive rooms, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Positives: Above average suite, very clean and neat appearance.

Negatives: Had trouble with room key.

Clean, neat, comfortable but a little high in price.

Positives: Very nice professional staff.

Negatives: I thought it was a little pricey but for some reason all the hotels in Lubbock are pricey for a location like Lubbock.
