Very nice hotel with nice amenities, friendly staff, and good food. Rooms are comfortable. Service was wonderful at the restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately, the beautiful water fountains that provide an ambiance had a downside, very loud in the rooms, as the rooms faced the inside. And disappointed with the quality of TV's in the rooms. Movies are much too expensive for the quality of viewing on the TV.
Positives: Very friendly staff, wonderful decor, and good food.
Negatives: Very disappointed with hot tub, chlorine level extremely high, stung eyes, lungs, caused excessive coughing.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Positives: Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, my children enjoyed the pool.
Negatives: Did not like that fact that there was construction going on and we weren't told about it beforehand.

It was a great place to stay for the TX/OU weekend.

The hotel could have used a much more experienced staff. There was little accommodation for late checkout -- I am a business traveler and needed this flexibility. The fitness area was clean and effective. The breakfasts were superb. The location was remote. All-in-all, a very moderate stay. However, I would not stay here again.
Positives: Fitness area, restaurants.
Negatives: Too many children, room location bad, moderately trained staff.

A very nice hotel, close to the airport and conveniently located. Rooms were very clean and fairly well maintained. Hallways were clean and all facilities were immaculate. Would recommend this hotel and will stay there again!
Positives: Beautiful atrium.
Negatives: Room was next to the laundry machines.

The location is much too far from downtown Dallas (minimum $35 taxi fare), and not even extremely close to DFW. Embassy Suites are fine hotels. This one is simply not in a convenient location.

Negatives: Remote, inaccessible.

It is everything it is advertised to be and well worth the price for the stay.
Positives: The cocktail and breakfast was a great personal touch and the staff was great.
Negatives: Getting to the hotel was difficult because of the road construction and exits closed.

Super location to airport. One of the best Embassy Suites I have stayed at.
Positives: For the money I paid, one of the best values going. Great hotel. Wish I could make sure I got this hotel each time.
