I was very pleased with this hotel. Easy to get to from DFW and everywhere else! It met all my expectations. Great breakfast, indoor pool, internet access, friendly helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to business or family travelers. Definitely would stay again.
Positives: Easy to find, close to dfw, great breakfast, very clean, helpful friendly staff, Housekeeping staff excellent.
Negatives: Whirlpool wasn't working.

Good for the price I paid. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. No bells or whistles it was definitly a business travelers hotel. I was there with my teen daughters and we only saw 2 other women guest the whole time. Felt safe though. Breakfast was good lots to choose from

I stayed at this hotel with 3 children, from age 4-12. We had a fabulous time. We were surprised that our room had 2 flat screen TVs (one for the grown-ups!) as well as a nice stereo system. The children loved the pool, as we went swimming 3 times. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My children are begging me to stay here everytime we travel to Dallas. Will do!
Positives: Our room had a living room, 2 flat screen TVs, and a stereo system. We loved the pool!
Negatives: Breakfast could have included meat other than what was on the sandwiches.

Fairfield Inn, at this location was average.
Positives: We enjoyed the indoor pool.
Negatives: The breakfast was horrible and the double beds were way too small.

The hotel was ok and we are Marriot members and stay at Fairfield and Courtyards at least 3 different vacations or meeting throughout the year but I want to stay at this one again.
Positives: The indoor pool and the friendly staff.
Negatives: Elevator took forever and AC wasn't cooling good.

Nice area, with several good places to eat close by. Close to grapevine mall and grapevine historical district. We were very pleased with the price we got and the room that we had. Quiet, even though we were near a busy roadway.
Positives: Nice rooms enjoyed the breakfast buffet, great bed.
Negatives: A larger TV would have been nicer/in room movies.

The hotel was good for the fee but would not have paid full price.

Clean, better than most of the regular used up Dallas rooms, the beds were dressed w/quality linens, fairly close to the attractions of Dallas/Arlington.
Positives: Very clean, beds were comfortable.
Negatives: No roll away available even though it was listed in amenities.

This place was quiet and exceptionally clean. The beds were excellent - best we've had anywhere - and none of the furnishings had any wear or tear. If you can figure out where this hotel is and how to get to it, a stay here is worth your time.
Positives: It had the best hotel beds we've ever slept on. Wanted to take them home!
Negatives: Seemed understaffed. The one guy in the front office was very busy.

Great location near DFW airport. Irving is very nice and it was only a short drive to Six Flags Over Texas which is why we went up there. The staff was very helpful from helping me get to the hotel when I called them to say that I was lost to needing directions to get to Six Flags. Very nice experience.
Positives: Great location, clean, WIFI!!!
Negatives: Halls smelled of smoke but the room was OK.

This is a Hotel that I would like to stay in again in the future and I would recommend it to others.
Positives: Friendly Staff that gave me excellent directions and was close to Texas Stadium.
Negatives: I found no reason to dislike the Hotel
