Great hotel! The staff was amazingly nice and welcoming!
Positives: The staff was so nice! We felt that they were very happy that we were there.
Negatives: I wish their shuttle service went farther than a 5 mile radius.

I stay in Hyatts frequently & always enjoy my stay. No complaints. Great price especially via Priceline.
Positives: The room is lovely, beds very comfortable, roomy bathroom, nice breakfast buffet, quiet, safe.
Negatives: Not many restaurants close to this location. There's a Bennigan's out the front door (walking) & that's it.

Great hotel for star level all the way around. Had a great 15 day stay, but low points were the food & the internet speeds. Not just an annoyance, it was bad on both counts.
Positives: I liked the fact you could actually connect other devices to the very large TV.
Negatives: Internet speeds were deplorable & the reason I said this hotel was not good for biz.
