The manager, Mr.Patel was very rude and even though the hotel was virtually free of guests he would not give us the downstairs room we requested. He told us it was due to Priceline screwing him and went off on a political barrage about the President. I did not want to hear that all I wanted was a downstairs non-smoking room.
Positives: Extremely clean rooms.
Negatives: Extremely rude customer service personnel.

Excellent in every way except for the thin walls. There was a heavy snorer on the other side of the wall, and it sounded like he was in our room.
