This is not a 3+ star hotel. Maybe a 2 at best. The walls, room doors, and elevators were nicked up and scarred. Would never stay at this property and in fact left and did not spend the night.

Positives: It appeared to be structurally sound.

Negatives: Dirty dirty elevators, room doors, walls all were scarred up.

The employees could care less about the comfort of their guests.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: Terrible customer service.

My stay was great!

Positives: The front desk staff were very nice!

Negatives: Nothing wrong with the hotel!

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 21 Sep 2011 rated 6 out of 10.

The hotel was clean, the staff was fine for what little we needed them. My only real problem with this place is parking. We pulled up not realizing that there was self parking. After going out to dinner we noticed the sign with parking rates. Valet parking was over $20 a night while self parking in the open lot was well over $10 per night.

Positives: It was convenient for where our activities were. Right off the highway.

Negatives: Self parking was something like $12-$15 a night. For one week.

Overall good service of front staff, but do not valet your car here!

Positives: Very nice front desk staff.

Negatives: The Valet was horrible! They were rude, unprofessional, I would pick another hotel just so I wouldn't have to deal with the valet.

Nice facility, with an "OK" restaurant.

Positives: Clean & friendly facility.

Negatives: It was simply not located.

We found this hotel very appealing and pleasant for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We liked the location across from the Ft Worth Water Gardens and we also attended an event at the Convention Center across the street. The free trolley made our ventures to Sun dance Square easy and comfortable. Everyone we encountered was friendly and we always felt safe. Great time!

Positives: We liked the location close to the Train Station and the Free Trolley.

Negatives: Wished there was a Starbucks there...the little snack station wasn't opened when we tried.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 25 May 2011 rated 10 out of 10.

I highly recommend this hotel. The facilities are very nice and the staff very friendly.

Positives: The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. They helped me out considerably!

Negatives: I wasn't overly fond of the parking.

A very nice hotel that is very convenient to the downtown area. Easy to access from the interstate, and easy to navigate to the Stockyards fora bit of touring. The only options for breakfast are the snackbar, with microwave oatmeal, or the restaurant hotel at $15-$20.

Positives: Very convenient to Ft. Worth Convention Center. Very helpful staff.

Negatives: Lack of moderately-priced food options at hotel or nearby.

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 03 Mar 2011 rated 7 out of 10.

It is not even close to that quality. If you bring a car, you should valet. Self parking is not secured and we saw guys breaking into a car when we went to get ours.

Positives: Proximity to downtown.

Negatives: No security for self parking.

We made a trip from Dallas to Fort Worth for the evening. Parking was a little confusing compared to other hotels I have stayed in. We did not see a check-in line or parking area. The ground floor has a nice contemporary feel and the staff we encountered was very friendly and willing to help. Our room was a corner room, so the view was nice. The room is of need of updating with the furniture and walls showing wear and tear. Beds and floor were clean and comfortable. Overall, I would return.

Positives: Great location and the staff was very friendly.

Negatives: The rooms need a remodel. Several marks on walls and furniture.

Very well appointed hotel for business travelers. Free Wi-Fi and lovely business area that isn't relegated to some dark space on an odd floor.

Positives: The rooms and public spaces have obviously been recently renovated and are lovely.

Negatives: There was no honor bar or munchies in the room, not even bottled water.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 12 Jan 2011 rated 9 out of 10.

Nice accommodations. Very comfortable bed! Everything was nice, quite clean and good quality. A few weeks in decorating could make a huge different though. TV screen appeared dwarfed hanging over the dresser, which only had 2 small drawers. Full length mirror was nice with a beveled edge, but once again was dwarfed on the huge wall. Placement of lamps and such requiring electricity resulted in cords being strung for long distances, across walls, not along the floor. Credenza seems to be missing. And all of this from a CPA, with minimal decorating knowledge.

Positives: GREAT value! Decided on a whim to get massages in the Spa. Wonderful experience!

Negatives: Spa could not be charged to our room. Not told that when making appointment, so we did not take an alternate form of payment with us.

This was a nice hotel, located in the heart of the business district so it was a bit deserted on the weekend. It was driving distance from the local Fort Worth nightlife. Valet parking was a necessity for 2 female travelers and an additional cost of $19 per night. Lobby was nice, but large and impersonal. Restaurant was OK, but pricey for dinner and less that good for breakfast buffet.

Positives: The room was very comfortable and clean.

Negatives: The room was located next to the elevator. We heard it all night long.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 01 Dec 2010 rated 8 out of 10.

When we arrive, no one ask if we needed help with our bags. The maid or someone should have checked the alarm to make sure it was off. It woke us up very early. We were charged to park even if we did it ourselves. We have never had a hotel do this. We will check from now on and if there is a charge for parking, we will not stay.

Positives: Quiet.

Negatives: No help with bags, alarm from previous person went off at 7:00 am. charge for parking.

Was close to Fort Worth Zoo, but not good to stay with the family. Noise due to trains and party people at 4 in the morning.

Positives: Location to downtown.

Negatives: Noise train.

Good location. Bathroom needs to be re-caulked. Bathroom of a different room we stayed in on a previous visit also needed to be re-caulked. There was no information in the room on the location of the ice machines.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Cleanliness of room, willingness of staff to change room type.

Hotel was very nice. Room was everything we wanted. It was aw some relaxing there at the end of the day.

Positives: Great location and room was very cozy.

Negatives: Room service and the food was pricey.

Positives: Great beds and spacious rooms.

Negatives: Nothing

Very quiet and clean. Beds were a bit hard for me, but I am used to memory foam at home. Staff was very prompt bringing things that were asked for (cribs, extra towels, etc). Starbucks coffee and Tazo tea was stocked in the room which was awesome. The pool was great, very relaxing music was played and it was a good temperature and the chlorine smell wasn't overwhelming, even though it was an indoor pool.

Positives: Very clean, staff was prompt in assisting us with cribs.

Negatives: Beds were not the most comfortable.

Fantastic deal! I'm a Priceline believer now!

Negatives: Small lobby.

Hotel was good. Area of town was not so good. Hotel staff was not dependable and lied to us.

Positives: Bed was great

Negatives: Hotel staff cost us 600.00 by not responding to a simple request.

Excellent service and accommodations and a superb price.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Valet parking too expensive.

We were able to check in early. Would totally stay here again. Nice and comfortable rooms. Had a crib but had difficulty getting it. Breakfast was great (not free though). Great experience overall.

Positives: Very clean, convenient to downtown, comfortable and popular place.

Negatives: Parking costs and no soap in our room or in hotel.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 14 Aug 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

I thought that the hotel was very clean, and beautifully remodeled. There is only one restaurant, and a small coffee stop. Probably more couple, business friendly than family.

Positives: Convenient to downtown.

Negatives: The pool had cloudy water and there was not much to do in the hotel.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 10 Aug 2010 rated 6 out of 10.

The hotel was nice and clean, but they didn't fix the stopped up toilet.

Positives: Nice and very clean.

Negatives: They didn't fix the toilet, we used it once and it stopped up.

Unfriendly staff, loud AC, double billed for parking, when I went to the desk to dispute charge, lady asked "if I drove 2 cars"?

Positives: Price.

Negatives: AC, lobby bar, and staff.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 04 Aug 2010 rated 5 out of 10.

Couldn't sleep because paper thin walls and people out partying in the hallways till 4:30 am.

Positives: Clean.

Negatives: Valet wasn't negligent, pool was warm, but not clean.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 27 Jul 2010 rated 5 out of 10.

Convienent location near the convention center. Walk to sundance square took 10 minutes and wasn't well lit at night. Hotel furnishings looked new in the lobby and in our room. Word of advice is that the hotel fills with guest for whatever convention is meeting across the street.

Positives: Got the room for a great price. Better than the hotel was able to give me..

Negatives: House keeping/maintenance had loud walkie talkies and were talking too loud in the hall.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 09 Jun 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

Beautiful hotel with a great staff.

Positives: I loved the sheets on the bed and the warm decor of the room.

Negatives: The hotel is located on the edge of downtown.

This Sheraton Hotel has been remodeled recently and is very nice with flat screen TV in each room. Food and bar were nice. The location is tremendously convenient downtown within a couple of blocks of the convention center and great places to eat and drink. Trolley runs in front of hotel, plus they are willing to shuttle you anywhere in their available van. Nicest Sheraton I have stayed at in a long time. Great location and value.

<BR/>

Positives: Friendliness of staff, super convenient downtown location.

Negatives: Towels were like sandpaper. The only out of place drawback.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 16 Feb 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Nice big rooms, attractive color scheme in room decor, easy in and out, good location.

Positives: Big room with attractive decor.

Negatives: Too close to freeway

Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Ft. Worth Stock show and Rodeo, which is where I was going during the day. Room was large. Great internet, nice TV. I didn't eat at the restaurant, so can't comment on the food.

Positives: Very nice room.

Negatives: Parking wasn't the best.

Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 15 Jan 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Definitely a 4 star and no less. You have the option to self park on the street all around the building and it's free every night and on weekends and front desk promoted that rather then push you to take valet parking. Nice. Pool is quiet and pretty with relaxing music playing the whole time. Best pool area we've seen in the 5 weeks we've been tripping around the USA.

Positives: Lady at front desk, business center top rate, pool, serene, location, handy for walking to places.

Negatives: The food from the bar on the premises. We got room service from it. Average.

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 07 Jan 2010 rated 7 out of 10.

This hotel is great from a short stay, but does not deserve a 3.5 star rating. Most floors do not have functioning ice machines. Most floors have defaced emergency evacuations signs. The carpet in my room needed cleaning.

Positives: Overall, I liked the hotel public spaces and facilities. I also enjoyed the free WIFI.

Negatives: I did not like the hotel's valet only parking policy.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 17 Nov 2009 rated 3 out of 10.

Only stay here if you do not want complimentary breakfast and if you want to pay to park your car. Ended up more expensive than I had anticipated. Stayed here for about 2 weeks and paying valet everyday added up.

Positives: Liked the beds. Very comfortable.

Negatives: Not friendly. Very expensive.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We enjoyed the bar ! Nice, friendly bartenders.

Positives: It was clean, attractive and in a good location for downtown.

Negatives: Gift store prices for medications are outrageous ! No Parking other than valet !

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 28 Oct 2009 rated 8 out of 10.

Nice rooms, very comfortable beds and showers, and a really nice flat screen TV. I had to call the front desk to ask for maid service at 4:00 pm. The hotel was nowhere near full. The TV remote didn't work. It probably just needed batteries. When I called they say they would send one of their Engineers, who must have not been working the weekend, since no one ever came to check on it. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience.

Positives: Very comfortable beds and nice shower massage.

Negatives: Maid service didn't come until nearly 5 pm. TV Remote didn't work, staff didn't send anyone when reported.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 27 Oct 2009 rated 9 out of 10.

A decent hotel that has all the amenities. Would stay again. The location is convenient and it is very easy to get to all the major highways and attractions. I liked the staff and enjoyed my stay.

Positives: The updates to the public spaces were nice, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Negatives: Updates to the rooms were only half completed. Furniture was nice, bathrooms and carpet were old, and my room carpet was dirty.

Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 14 Oct 2009 rated 4 out of 10.

This is an old hotel that was given a face lift. The lobby is nice and the location is not too bad. The customer service was missing though. When we arrived-the valet did not assist us with our bags or even offer to get the cart for us. Our air conditioner was broken and took a day and a half to fix. We were overcharged for valet services - which we only used once! These may seem like insignificant, but when I look back at the experience, the bad outweighs the good. The lack of customer service made our stay feel like a motel not a hotel. I would not stay here again!

Positives: Decent location.

Negatives: No customer service.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 04 Oct 2009 rated 10 out of 10.

Enjoyed my evening. Rained all day and night but was in a great room. Loved the free Internet connection and flat screen TV. Local calls are a dollar.

Positives: Clean and the TV.

Negatives: No free parking.

I had stayed at a Sheraton hotel just prior to staying at this one, the first one was very nice and had recently been renovated. I was expecting the same when I stayed at this hotel, but found it was not as up to date. The staff, however were overall just as friendly and helpful! The valet parking only, was a little inconvenient.

Positives: Overall staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Very few plug-ins, extension cords used, valet parking backed up for more than 30 minutes.
