The motel staff was very nice. Didn't have a clue the breakfast was going to cost so much. I thought it was free

Negatives: Nothing rooms were sort of small and the dressing area was really small. the water in the shower didn't get very hot.

If you are comfortable with about $70.00, I believe that you will be very happy with your stay. It is certainly one of the better motels that I have stayed in for the price.

Positives: Clean, comfortable, courteous, no surprises. It was a very nice experience all the way around.

Negatives: I really do not recall any negatives.

Would never recommend this hotel as a 3-star hotel. Felt like a Hotel 6 not a Courtyard by Marriott. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Positives: Nothing failed to meet my expectations for a 3-Star Hotel.

Negatives: Room was small and outdated. Room was noisy. Room layout was not good.

Seeing the smoke and water damage repair guys should have been the first sign that this was not going to be a good stay. We had stayed at the location in Bedford the night before and it was very nice! We names our own price for both stays and the stay at this Fossil Creek location cost us $20 more! The guy who checked us in was rude, but the guy there in the evening was great! We got to the room to find a rattling air conditioner, hard mattress and a skunk smell emanating from the bed itself. This location has no wireless in the rooms, mediocre wired Internet and the wireless in the public areas is impossibly slow! The hot tub was too hot to get in (106 degrees instead of less than 104), the gazebo outside is falling apart and I kept waiting for the elevator to drop us to our deaths! The breakfast costs $10.77 after taxes and is not included in the price of the room. The food was mediocre at best, the fruit was unripe and the orange juice was sour. I can not recommend this location at all at this time!

Positives: The only thing good about this hotel was the guy working in the evening!

Negatives: The entire experience was awful!

The hotel was nice/clean and seemed to be in a good area of town. The only complaint I have is that around the door to the room you could see that the door did not seal well in the frame, you could see the light coming through. Because of the poor seal between the door and the frame there was excessive noise from the hallway that came into the room throughout the night keeping us awake. Someone in a room near ours was constantly entering and leaving their room until at least 3am and their door would slam every time, waking us up.

Positives: It was close to the route we were traveling at a reasonable price.

Negatives: The doors need a seal around them to keep outside sounds out of the room.

Our hotel was very clean, very convenient to Fort Worth, overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely take my family to this hotel. There was a wonderful indoor hot tub, adjacent exercise equipment room and laundry facilities.

Positives: Modern decor.

Negatives: Didn't have a wonderful mattress like I expected.

The room was nice, with 2 queen size beds and was entirely non-smoking hotel. The AC on high had very poor output. No complimentary breakfast, and appears the restaurant only open for breakfast. This is very inconvenient as there are many large hotels in area and few decent restaurants which are on overload. It would have been nice to have refrigerator and microwave in room. There was certainly room for fixtures. Then I could have found a better place to eat and saved rest of my food, and also kept my water cold.

Positives: Queen size beds.

Negatives: Poor AC output, no refrigerator or microwave, no complimentary breakfast, not convenient to area I visited.

Hotel is clean. Courtyard is quiet at night and invites wine, cheese, and conversation under gazebo. Cafeteria across the street has good food. Convenient to interstate.

Positives: Courtyard with gazebo and pool was inside walls and secure.

I had booked a room with 1 bed but since I had a child along they gave a room with 2 beds which I really appreciated. They went out of their way to be helpful. Even the cleaning staff were very courteous and tried to make sure they met your needs. This was my second stay there and it is a great hotel.

Positives: Great staff, clean room, nice extras such as a refrigerator, iron and coffee maker.

Negatives: Did not find anything that I did not like.

I was driving to San Antonio from Oklahoma City after work on Thursday. Fort Worth was the optimum choice for a stay-over. This Courtyard Marriott was only one mile off I-35E, so it was very easy access and not out of the way for my trip. Clean, quick, easy.

Positives: Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people at front desk

Negatives: Breakfast was not included as part of price.

Hotel is very convenient to my planned activities. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends doing business in the area.

Positives: I have stayed at this hotel previously and found it hospitable and the staff friendly.

Negatives: Although I enjoy staying at this hotel, the plumbing in the bathrooms usually need work. Door key lock did not work this last time.
