Finlay, Texas is an abandoned ghost town in Hudspeth County, Texas, seventeen miles west of Sierra Blanca. The community was named after J. R. Finlay. Two post offices lived there. One was built in 1890 but never actually "opened". The other was established in 1903.

If you are travelling in the area, Finlay is located close to Round Top, Ninety, Camp Rice Reservoir Number One, Bonanza Mine and Macho Ponding Area.
