I paid for the person to stay at this hotel as per procedure when using this process. The hotel insisted on imprinting my friend's card because they didn't know if they would get their money. The business office person was pleasant but we had to worry about the checking to make sure that there had not been duplicate charges.

Positives: Convenient, clean, and quiet.

Negatives: The payment for the room was not handled well.
