The hotel is old, but still very well maintained. The a/c, water pressure, and the electronics were up to speed.
Positives: Quick and easy access to restaurants.
Negatives: Looked like an expensive Motel 6.

This hotel is very disapointing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was a lot of other guests' noise. Other than the lounge and restaurant being too pricey it was fine.

For the price the room was outstanding! Very comfortable, everything worked, extras were awesome.

The rooms were great. I really liked the hotel and the location. The lack of sleep was an inconvenience but that was not the hotel's fault.
Positives: The rooms were very spacious and were not missing anything.
Negatives: There was a bike rally in Del Rio, so all night we heard the motorcycle which did not allow much sleep.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is ample and comfortable. There are older sections and newer sections. For this stay I was placed in an older room. Amenities are not well connected. One must travel into and out of buildings to access work out area, front desk, ice machines, and computers.
Positives: Room size was excellent. Breakfast restaurant was exceptional.
Negatives: There are no rooms in the main area, everything is disconnected.

As far as the hotel, it was nice, clean, and convenient for us. But as far as the way I was treated by the staff, I would not recommend the hotel to friends and family. I certainly did not appreciate being charged an extra $88.00. This has been resolved as the hotel reversed the charge. Over all, I would not stay at this hotel again due to the way I was treated in front of other customers.
